normally i don't like over-the-top mods that clutter the screen with effects, but this one just seems to strike a perfect balance with all of the sprites, well placed shaders and screen effects... it's incredible!

The icecap zone is so much better than basic ass greenhill, and it makes sense for everything to be cold in this frozen over hell. Then, jumping into laberynth zone? God this is a whole new level of good. It's hard to decide if I like this or "Brimstone surrounds us, you will not survive" from Simplycrispy. They're both so good for different reasons, incredibly top tier quality work here.

I wouldn’t say it’s a perfect fan chart. I wish that we didn’t instantly get to Labyrinth Zone once it’s Bf’s turn at the beginning because it kinda lowers the impact of it showing up during the climax(3:15). Still a fantastic fan chart tho.

This is, by far, the best remix of YCR, next to its Encore, and the best looking sprites for Sonic.exe I have ever seen, ever. Everything from the references, to the dialogues is top-tier. Amazing work putting these together

Okay, replacing ice cap over green hill? Such a big brain move. The song itself is good, the visuals are phenomenal. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS IS PERFECT.

Dude that goes unbelievably hard! One of single best covers I have ever seen between like all songs. The visuals were completely unmatched, and the music itself was incredible, with the longer pixel section and the melodies from other Sonic songs.

This entire remaster of You can’t run is such a blast to watch especially with features like the after image, moving notes, and transitioning screens, with the best part being a tribute to the labyrinth Zone the scariest level to get past due to being nothing but water. Sonics model is supposed to be scary but to me it’s straight up cool and badass

This is actually an extremely big update on YCR remixes. Every time I hear a new remix of this song, I can't think of a better version, especially when it comes to graphics / the sprites, and most importantly the music being top tier, but this tops it for me. Can't wait for the Vs Sonic.EXETernal to come out and see those sprites in action!

This is incredible! I know that these sprites for BF are from Exeternal but, they fit the mood of this take on YCR so perfectly!

Everything was very good, but my favourite part was actually Mobian BF. This version of him captures and does justice on his personality, that I can honestly see it happening. Its not just its exactly how he would MOVE when singing. Well done.

The Sonic.exe mod does not die, he will always come back stronger.

idk how you do it, but you genuinely piece these together perfectly every time. the way you make everything work just makes xeno feel so much more intimidating. the only part i find a bit off is when pixel xeno reveals himself and holds two notes, how he kinda alternates between the two looks a little goofy, and i think it would be much more intimidating if he kept one note held, but idk if thats a hardware limitation or not. but i mean thats barely an issue because it still looks great, and the stuff that comes before and after is just perfection. 10/10 idk why anyone who worked on these would want it taken down because it does their hard work and dedication so much justice man.

a VERY late reply, but really, one way to fix this is to make one note have no animation, so that the one with animation is the only one that plays, assuming he did it on psych engine

this is peak ycr, never seen one that has THIS much detail in it, the shading and just visuals overall look amazing! what program did you use to reshade the sprites? i wanna try it myself

This is what ycr encore should have been! It’s so well done and ghostlabs take on the song sounds way better than the original ycr song, it has more references that just make the song even better. And not only that but the rerun ycr sprites(and the pixel sprites, not sure where they were from), the backgrounds and the effects just fit! 10/10, wish there were more good remixes out there

The change from the more upbeat icecap zone reference to probably the most dramatic part of you can’t run always gets me, especially because of that scream in the middle. I literally found this song today, and I just found this after. The song is the best version of You Can’t Run that I have ever heard. The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't include his little death poem. "The Gaze of a God is left by None. You can't Hide and you can’t Run. Brimstone surrounds us and you won't survive. Honestly i am surprised that they did icecap zone instead of green hill. Not only is it surprising but it is a lot better then just the original green hill and it just makes the song so much better. Even Labyrinth zone was a good surprise for me. Overall rlly good song remix and tbh, I think that this should just be the ycr song bc of how good it is. Even all of the sprites are amazing like look at xeno, he is looking rlly clean and this might be my favorite song in fnf lol. Tbh the second part of the ice cap zone part is kinda giving me marble zone vibes ngl
