mozzarella - 100 g (3.5 oz)
boiled eggs - 2 pieces
mayonnaise - 30 g (1 oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 4 g (0.14 oz)
melted cheese - 30 g (1 oz)
eggs - 3 pieces
flour - 150 g (5.3 oz)
oil - 50 ml (⅕ cup)
Fry over medium fire for 10 min, on both sides
for the salad:
boiled potatoes - 300 g (10.6 oz)
mayonnaise - 100 g (3.5 oz)
mustard - 30 g (1 oz)
lemon juice - 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
red onion - 1 piece
celery - 30 g (1 oz)
parsley - 30 g (1 oz)
dark olives - 30 g (1 oz)
sugar - 4 g (0.14 oz)
salt - 8 g (0.29 oz)

Спасибо за рецепт : можно любую начинку :про жарить лук до золотистого цвета +омлет + сыр на мелкой терке - каждый рулет завернуть в фольгу предворительно смазать растительным маслом, в сковороду налить немного холодной воды и на небольшом растоянии уложить рулетики, дать за кипеть воде и на небольшом огне , иногда переварачиаая, готовить до готовности , это ещё можно комбинировать любую начинку, на ваш вкус приятного аппетита❤
