Oh my god guys he’s right, I just tried to camp and I couldn’t
Even if I bought that thing, I couldn't take it camping, I'd never forgive myself if I lost such a beautiful knife. Congrats on the award for that one of a kind marshmallow fork! It was much deserved.

it's not just you. no one will be camping with that knife. It's much too fine, much too bulky to be use as a camping knife.
Thankyou for not putting your finger in the thumbnail and sensationalising it. I loved seeing the collaborative sketching and design process, you are both lucky to be able to convey your ideas so precisely through such a medium.

Yes, I love watching Alec but you KNOW the finger would be thumbnail if this was his video
Definitely be sure to take good care of that cut! An infection from debris in there would be pretty bad. You might even need some sutures to hold those edges together.
I love the black and bronze combo, the forge scale look is awesome too. Keep up the good work!!
A journeyman series where you do colabs with different master smiths until you become one yourself would be quality content.

As an apprentice, can confirm I'd watch the shit outta that.
Beauty of a knife. Design is awesome, slightly angular, looks like it would fit your hand like a glove.
5:03 Nothing to be ashamed of Will. It's what you do with it.
Good shoutout for shop safety. You should replace the middle part of the bandsaw deck with a new one to close up that slot and usually there's a floating round piece in the middle where the blade goes to keep the blade from sucking things inside.
"Or don't I'm not your mom" Momma Wil I love you.
14:45 - Will goes full Super Saiyan. Beautiful knife at the end, I guess it took a lot of blood, sweat, and tears to get done!
Will, It's really cool to see you wear another creators merch instead of just wearing your own.
Having declared my dissatisfaction with this sharpener last night kzread.infoUgkxDcr-y2Pf6xdnrFHrSP7dl9kpKaCozcSQ I thought about the problem some more. It occurred to me that I might be undoing each attempt at achieving a sharp edge by the repeated attempts. So, I tried to clean up the unsatisfactory result by honing with only positions 3 and 4.Miracle!! A really nicely sharpened chef's knife, more than enough to handle my needs. Admittedly, it did not reach professionally sharpened razor-fineness, but it is now significantly sharper than it was. A bout of breaking down carrots convinced me. So, major apologies to the manufacturer, Amazon, and all happy and potential owners! Follow the directions: don't buy it if you have ceramic blades; and don't overwork your knife blade.
Beautiful work by the two of you!!
I love the look of the knife- it's beefy and raw, almost looks unfinished, but sleek and angular. Nice build!
Beautiful work. Project is coming together nicely 👏👏
Beautiful knife! Great to watch these two young talented smiths collaborate.
What a beauty. Nice job!
Beautiful work! Learning to forge knives myself and i learn a lot from videos like this. Still got a ways to go, but getting there. Keep up the awesome work!
gorgeous work!
Amazing! Great job guys!
Man, you guys make astounding knives. I'd love to own that, but I suspect it will end up a bit out of my price range on bid. Will-- I'd love to see a "primitive" knife made-- no power tools, wood/coal forge, absolutely old school. I'd bid on THAT too.
Love your videos and colabs!!! Would love to see a video of you guys camping, and using these knives.
Beautiful contrast of rough back, smooth edge and finish.
Great collaboration and enviable knife!
You you TOTALLY deserved to win an award for the epic marshmallow toasting fork. The new knife is gorgeous!
"stay safe in the shop. ... Or not, I'm not your mom" 😂😂😂 Very glad you did not get hurt more. And kudos to you using your accident as a reminder and PSA to all of us to remember safety.
That camp knife turned out beautiful! Nice work guys!
I did a 1 day knife making workshop a couple of weekends ago. We made a small hand forged knife from a sqaure piece of 5160. Its so cool to know more about the techniques you use now that I have done a very small bit my self.
Great work!
What a beautiful result!
Amazing work. A real piece of art.
Good to have some Butterfly Stitches or Butterfly Bandaid for first aid resulting from cuts. Saw this being mentioned by Adam Savage from Tested.
Man blackwood and bronze is such a combo. That handle is a beaut!
Very nice knife. For a camp knife, I always make sure it's sufficient thickness for battoning (SP) kindling and also striking a ferro rod with a strong 90 deg back edge. Without a fire, it does little good to cut up meal ingredients. Thinking primitive here. Thanks.
That’s a great build and cool concept to have two smiths to collaborate on one knife.
That's art! what a beautiful knife great job
Absolutely gorgeous knife!
Wow, that's gorgeous! I love evrything about this knife! Great collaboration gentlemen!
Beautiful piece gentleman.
So beautiful. Great work fellas.
Beautiful collaborfabrication!
Beautiful work. I really like the darkness complimented by the brass.
Awesome job fellas! That's a good one!
Beautiful, a work of art created by two artists.
Beautiful looking peace
Very nice piece.
Collaboration is one of the hardest things a craftsperson can engage in. Beautiful blade, very successful venture Congratulations.
Crazy visually appealing knife. It looks so good
Great collab
Prolly my favorite knife you’ve made. Super cool. Loved the collab
This is like Steele vs Stelter but two even more driven and skilled people than them back in the day combining their powers to make great things. I like it!
You guys should make an outdoor knife and get Dutch Bushcraft Knives to have a go with it
That turned out wicked. Well done boys!
Will and Jordan, One absolutely gorgeous knife. But I would be willing to bet that it will not be used for camping. It will sit in place of honor in somebody’s collection. There it shall gather ooohs and aaahs from all who gaze upon it. The difficulty with bespoke pieces is their tendency to rise in value which then presses on the “I want to use it” nerve until it stays in pride of place; unused, increasing in value and never losing that something that caused it to come to where it is. Keep the aspidistra flying! God bless, Paul
Congrats on The Best Of The Rest!
Great knife! Double the cooks, double the trouble! Regarding a sharp blade, if you take glossy paper, bend it but don't fold it, only a keen edge will cut it.
That turned out amazing with the blackened steel and brass details
That is a gorgeous knife! Great job, guys!
The teeny-tiny colorful speckles on the blackened steel kinda reminds me of analog photography grain.
Wow Will you got lucky on that one! When I first started making knives I had a un sharpened knife that I ground the bevels on helicopter on me in the drill press. It got me good, filleted the whole chunk of muscle on my palm under my thumb. 13 stitches and about a year later I finally regained feeling in the area which was numb for like I said about a year. Glad your ok and I love the knife!!!
Great video
Love it, think you could do a verso where the break in the back is extended a little back for a skinning sickle?
Beautyfull work guys
I love my bandsaw. But like you about 2 years ago the same thing happened to me and almost lost my thumb. I learned my lesson right there. I’m 46. Been running a bandsaw since I was 16. 30 years and one slip. I always stay way away for the blade now.
Beautiful knife. I felt that comment about playing with vises all day
Love you work, keep it up. Buitifull and functional knife. Amazing
I love the Old Bay chips in the background.
It was an absolute pleasure meeting you at BLADE, the roaster and the steel handle knife both deserved some awards.
Those bronze fittings are going to be the death of Will. No more bronze will🤣
Very Nice Blade IMHO..I Really Like That to..Great Work To Both Of Ya !
"I've won an award at Blade Show." I love how casually he mentioned it as if it's no big deal... 😁
Beautiful craftsmanship! Well done I would buy a knife like that any day of the week!
Absolutely breathtaking, fellas!!
Mind blowing how good this is
Beautiful work! I'd be too hesitant to take that piece of work out camping
Beautiful knife. Dang!
I'm surprised you didn't have any saw tooth action on the bottom end of the blades. Odds are chopping is one thing, but if you're cutting down some branches, or anything a little thicker, you might need it to saw your way through a piece of wood.
Gorgeous! I turn African Blackwood on a wood lathe and I absolutely love the smell. Great job guys.
Sweet knife, learned a bunch of little tips and tricks from this one :)
Absolutely beautiful piece. I hope to see more collabs between the two of you, you both seem to have similar styles and ideas. Though I would LOVE to own this knife, it's not an option at this time. But whoever has the winning bid, I'm sure they will cherish and respect the work of art that it is.
1:25 sounds like you were struggling towards "The Stelth Mode" or "La Stelt Mothe"
Beautiful
Beautiful.
Killer video, Amazing knife. I really enjoyed the build. I am jealous of who ever wins the bid.
Congrats on the prize for the fork! The knife is the real "Black Beauty" Best wishes from Germany
Love the channel and love the knife would love to have one for the kitchen
That is a historic build for sure guys! Beautiful blade
Man that’s beautiful!
Now THAT"S a very beautiful knife guys! Very well done!! 😁👍
Sweet knife, and a surprise sheath. Hope your finger is healed up well. Thanks for another fun video.
Very nice great job you two 👍🇺🇸
Beautiful 🎉
Don’t tell me what I can and can’t do! 😂😂. Jordan is a wizard.. you both are super talented.
Good looking knife!
Those knives are beautiful!❤
Do these collaborations then auctions more often. Cool format
Crazy how he cut his finger during the design phase. Band-Aid box in the background and Band-Aids on his finger
One of my favorite of your knives!
