In this episode of Minecraft Legends, we started off by defending another village from The Beast and his piglin minions. The last time we fought The Beast, we had some wooden defenses that were easily demolished, but this time we upgraded our defenses to stone and even added Redstone Launchers to our arsenal.
However, The Beast was still quite a challenge to defeat, and I had a hard time hitting him with the Redstone Launchers. He was so evasive and kept trampling all of our golem spawners. Eventually, we were saved by the rising sun, and the piglin army retreated, but the village had already suffered heavy losses.
To prevent another village from suffering the same fate, I decided to recruit some skeletons and even some creepers to help me in the next battle. I then headed to the next village that was going to be attacked and started building plenty of masonries, arrow towers, and scatter towers. I even built two layers of walls to further strengthen our defenses, and summoned as many skeletons as I could.
When The Beast and his piglin cohorts attacked, I commanded my posse of creepers to issue early damage to The Beast, and then I followed him around with my giant army of skeletons, shooting him down from a safe distance. The skeletons turned out to be the best strategy, and we were eventually able to slay The Beast.
After the battle, I had only a few broken defenses to repair, thanks to most of the village being upgraded to stone. I then decided to revisit the nearby Regal Tigers since I read many comments saying they were a mount, and I discovered they are actually a very fast mount too! Thank you! I also found out that the Brilliant Beetles on my map are also mounts, and they have a special ability to climb walls and cliffs. I can’t wait to use these guys to sneak into piglin bases!
I had decided to start building the Kaboomery, which are structures that add explosive knockback to projectile structures such as the arrow tower, scatter tower, and even redstone launcher. To start building them, I needed to be able to hold 200 coal, but I could only hold 150 at the moment. So, I built a second Gather Coal improvement to bring my capacity to 300 coal.
While exploring for more coal to craft a kaboomery, I discovered a First of Oak golem, but he was taking a nap. To wake him up, I needed to craft an improvement called Wake the Firsts, but I didn't have enough prismarine to build one.
One of our wellhouses was set to be attacked later, so I built it plenty of defenses. This was also a great opportunity to test out the new Kaboomery I just unlocked. As dusk fell, we easily held off the piglin attack, losing only one building.

Explore the full map! There are 3 other firsts (not to mention other useful stuff) that you can find, and they are arguably the single strongest upgrade you get!

I plan to explore it more like I did this episode, especially with the new faster tiger mount
The reason the brilliant beetle was slow was because you did not sprint
Tip: Redstone Launchers are key for combating the "Horde of the Bastion's" buildings. Just keep them far away from other Piglin missile Launchers, whatever they're called. ;) Just in case if you get fed up.

That was one of the first things I pointed out in episode 1
The red stone launcher hit the fountain when you were firing it. And not the leader of the haunt. They would have worked better with the other hordes.
The first of diorite is the most OP.
Waffles, I watch ur videos since the end of earth series, of course I watched the 111 episodes. I really love ur videos, I think u deserve much more that a few thousand views, I prefer u much more then any famous KZreadr. Thank u so much for all the dedication and time u spend creating videos, I wish u just the best.

Some more advice: the red stone launchers are very effective against the horde of the bastions defences, would suggest using them against the horde of the bastion

Yeah I feel like I'll have more luck using it against static structures, instead of enemy mobs that just move out of the way

Why weren't they uploaded? I have already rewatched the hole golf it series twice and I would need to watch it again if you were to upload another. Me and my brother loved that series and will be very very happy to see another video even it it isn't new content. Keep being the greatest waffle! (Can't find a waffle emoji 😢)

1:33 In my opinion, you shouldnt use creepers as a way to attack piglins. It better to use it to destroy their walls, spawners, and other buildings. Instead, you should use skeletons as they can easily damage piglins from miles away, and also zombies as they are a pretty balanced unit that can absorb hits and are pretty strong aswell. You can also use grindstone golems to stun enemies.
