A good friend whose spiritual strength I admire very much has been diagnosed with cancer .When i visited her after some time I was blown away by her interest in others, joy for life and optimism....she's completely in peace with death and is enjoying each day to the fullest!!

I finally understood. Thanks Sadhguru! I was wondering what would happen to me after death while I don't even know what is happening to me right now. All because I don't know who I am! I should get to know who I am first, then the rest is self explanatory, isnt't it? :D

Once we come to terms that death is inevitable and when we don't fear death..When we can happily accept death at any point if life..You can taste the freedom of real life..I do live life this way

You can only live after u r willing to die ?? I am Already dead for quite sometime Sadhguru it's really hard to bounce back & live again nothing is same as expected. But still striving to get there.
