From what I remember I think I may have had 1 or 2 of these games. Growing up in a time where the internet wasnt as easy to acces to me as a kid. I never thought there were more untill the guys over at Alpharad Gold played them earlier this summer. (Per reference, i am 26y old)

My grandma used to have computer games like this but we could never figure out how to play them (I didn’t have a home computer so I had to learn through her for a long time) and so I knew of putt putts existence but never played the games, so happy to experience them now through grumps

I know it's just a coincidence but at 24:48 Putt Putt says "Wowie Zowie" before the elephant paints him. And in the new Super Mario Wonder, all the characters say "Wowie Zowie" when they use the elephant power up. I know it's just a coincidence, but part of my brain can't help but think, "Huh, does Super Mario Wonder reference Putt Putt joins the Circus?"

Jason Ellefson did Putt-Putt's voice from 1992-1997. Then Nancy Cartwright took over for a couple games, then Michelle Thornton did Putt-Putt's voice in 2003. I think it was Lisa Jacobs who did the UK dubs though... BUT that's why the voice is different 😅 Fun fact, Jason re does the voice in a studio many years later. The video is still up on KZread, it's pretty cool!

I absolutely love that they immediately noticed the voice actor change, when I was a kid and heard different voice actors I was in shambles

I noticed that reference to Nancy Drew and the white wolf of icicle creek. A continuation of that play through for jingle grumps would make my whole year

the amount of serotonin that went through my system when i saw they played this game will last me for a straight year.

The next Humongous games these guys need to play? The Backyard Sports series. I have a feeling they'd both love them.

Legitimately Putt Putt and Freddy fish were my favorite games growing up. I’d replay them so much!

The first person Putt-Putt meets in the game only introduces himself and acts nice because he wants something. This is teaching kids the real lessons of life.

These games are just so chill, and they give the Grumps a lot of moments to laugh at/with, which is really entertaining. Honestly, I think these point-and-click adventures are their forte.

I love how Dan acts like his interest in anthro characters depends on the human aspects and that makes it less weird Then he sees a straight up horse and says “that’s kinda hot”

honestly some of my favorite grump playthroughs are Point and Click adventure/puzzle games. So any more of them is great in my book

Hope they do Spy Fox at some point. I remember parts of Freddy Fish but almost none of the journey. It blurs together.

I played Putt Putt saves the zoo and some of the Freddie Fish games as a kid. Honestly, I'm loving seeing the games from this developer that I didn't play. I still get nostalgia since they all play so similarly, but its also a new experience.

These games are so wholesome, the more the better.
