I agree. I am a little stressed out and am listening to this while I am working. I am seriously convinced it has legitimate healing properties too. It put me in a better mood and is making me more present and productive at work. I wish I would have found it sooner :)

I was just listening to this and thought I would do my wim hof breathing exercises with headphones on. Something powerful happened that's never happened before. I just burst into tears uncontrollably!! Like some kind of trauma release. I'm lost for words I can't believe what's just happened. I'm downloading this and keeping it to use daily!! Thank you 🙏

I read your comment as in an ambulance siren, lmao… then I was like “Well, it makes sense if it heals people. 🤷‍♂️

I just did a movement/ walking meditation to this and then I laid down on the floor and put a pointed smoky topaz and a piece of sodalite on my third eye and then abdomen. What came to me as I had the crystals on my abdomen is that a lot of the things we feel and experience don’t originate with us. For example, what came to me is that when I feel pain and despair, some of that is in my DNA, and also what came to me clearly is that some of that comes from ancestors, in my case, who were in the bowels of ships during the middle passage. So often we feel that our pain and even our joy is just our own. But if we can realize that our bodies hold the truths of generations, and every little bit we do to address our pain addresses all the pain going back through those generations, this understanding can give us the strength to carry-on, and to know that every little bit we do to raise our vibrations and heal heals untold centuries of pain.

Tell me you’ve never experienced something that you couldn’t explain rationally, something that seems outer worldly, something that defies anything you’ve ever believed. And be truthful. And I’m not talking here about God or Allah or whatever these religions preach. I’m talking about something that’s within us all - we are all the universe experiencing itself. And even if you don’t believe in something more than the physical, you are blessed. In a hundred billion galaxies, with a hundred billion stars and surrounding planets, you are alive right here right now. How amazing is that? Can you grasp the magnitude of this universe? And still we are here, having this conversation. You might not call it being blessed, you might call it a coincidence, just the result of the Big Bang, but that doesn’t make it less amazing.

How long have you been alive (?) because this music has been around America for a long time. Maybe not recorded and widely available to the unaware. I’ve had this music in my life since I was six (I am 33 now ) and the woman who introduced me was introduced to it by her best friend’s mom. And respectfully, I don’t agree. I don’t think the “western culture” is embracing any higher consciousness. I think that this way is of higher consciousness is able to be more exposed through technology. And the number of those who are lucky enough to come across it and become blessed and wrapped up in it are growing. Not like that’s a land slide number. That’s just my opinion. Your opinion is valid. I’ve been doing my best to not comment on other’s comments, however, the “western culture” part is what got me to open my mouth. I have many issues with the “western culture”. Have a great day.

@backtoroots979 I'm in my 50s. If you were exposed to this at six you were fortunate to not be limited by religious teachings. People in the US are choosing to search for non-traditional ways to grow spiritually, like this offers, focusing on going 'within' vs a 'group' only for validation. This kind of music is labeled negatively by most churches in Western society. Anything from Africa, has been 'demonized'. Did you know that? Sound Therapy, Energy Healing, etc was all taught/ considered, 'New Age' (not liked by God) so to see many all over the world (influenced by Western society/ traditional church doctrine) is a beautiful and exciting thing in my opinion and feelings.

I WILL NO LONGER HAVE MY VOICE SILENCED. I WILL ROAR!!! You are constantly being re-born, re-created, re-generated, every moment. Concepts, thoughts, and stories are constantly being re-created. You are generating it ALL, and this is unconscious. When you ‘uproot’ repression and suppression, you unveil Flow. You CAN change IN! AN! INSTANT! Every morning you wake up, your life story is re-constructed... Do I have to wake up believing reality is the way I believed it was yesterday? When breathing is restricted, get curious about what is holding it back, when it is open, get curious about why that is... YOU ARE THE ARTIST! Awareness of something alone IS enough! It untangles itself, the knots lets go of You. Choose Freedom. Take responsibility for your own suffering.

15 mins in and I feel like I’m grieving all the disconnection from our mother Gaia. I feel like I’m grieving all that has been done to her, to us on a collective level. I listen to a lot of frequency music and I’ve never had such a profound release and a deep ancestral knowing in my soul. Absolutely divine music ❤

I disagree, this made me feel amazing and happy to be alive. We are not parasitic nor should we ever feel that way. We are light beings, in avatars, created in the image of God. I see how the distractions, framing and sabotage could make you feel like you shouldn't exist... They are merely just that, distractions. You are important and have a purpose. It is the ones that create these visions that are the parasites.

My dad is on life support since yesterday all his organs stopped functioning after 2 major surgeries in one single week. I’m thousands miles away from him and all I can do is pray to the universe that he could raise his vibrations and his organs would function again. This music helps me to think positively I wish he could hear it too instead of long hours of silence in the hospital. I’m sure it would help him immensely, I believe our minds are capable of making miracles

This is the most beautiful music I've heard, her voice is so unbelievably soothing it's no wonder it's healing and the acoustic sounds of the guitar take you away from reality and pull you into the rhythm. I am obsessed with the sound these two create together, beautiful is an understatement.
