The impact you both have on a cellular and cosmic level is incredibly powerful. I’m sat here shedding tears of gratitude for the gift of being able to tap into this music. It’s so easy to feel misunderstood out there in this crazy weird, wonderful world sometimes. These melodies and the beautiful comments purely from the hearts of those listening allows me to soften and feel at home within. It serves as a gentle reminder that I share this planet with beautiful loving conscious beings .. and to not forget this as I weave through my day no matter what presents itself. I hardly go on youtube but this got recommended. The past 10 years of my life have been full of darkness and suffering. This year I started a spiritual transformation. I have dug deep into my roots and felt the repressed pain of my childhood. As a kid I would reach up to the sky to hold the hand of my guardian angel when I was scared. Now I reach down to hold her hand to let her know she’s okay. Manifesting peace for anyone else feeling like me right now.

Ive been having the hardest time as a new mom. Completely changed life… yes its beautiful but its so hard, isolating, the sleep deprivation is serious, constant self doubt and guilt for even feeling like this. Ive even had suicidal thoughts 😞 I know it will get easier, Im just in the thick of it. Your music help me and my baby nap ❤️🙏🏽 thank you!

Sleep deprivation will cause so much difficulty. I hope you can find compassion for yourself. It is possible to nurse while sleeping. I played on my side and just slept. I got good at this and it helped me get the needed sleep. I also napped during the day when the baby slept.
