There was no big business restriction on PPP loans necessarily. There was a cap of $10 million. If a business could show the cap amount for payroll and other allowable costs within a 60 day period, they could qualify. Many larger entities did qualify.

She is sending the money to kill babies... how could you possibly not be like oh that figures and then pull out your check book and pay some more taxes. @Nancy Drew You are completely entitled to hold that belief. My problem with this is the pick and choose approach to these issues. It's a crap argument to say that PPP funding doesn't apply for and should be repaid by this organization based on the net income or size of the organization. Go after all of them if that's the problem. This is obviously an attack designed specifically for this group. If your problem is that it is immoral, then say that. If you want this program defunded, then elect officials that will defund it. Everyone wants to holler and cry about "the swamp" and about morality but seem to only be concerned about those issues on certain subjects. Anything these officials are making money from will remain protected. Any bad behavior these elected officials engage will get a pass as long as they are saying the words you want to hear. So, if you want morality, demand morality across the board. If you want responsible spending, demand it across the board.

It also came out that the same "small business" could take out multiple loans. That was the entire point of the questions. How many new "small business" loans have Planed Parenthood fraudulently taken out since they were declared a "large business". He also asked, why haven't they been refused new loans. He obviously knows (from a third source) they are still receiving funds.
