I don't think she was pretending. Her eyes before it happenned showed how much distress was going into her and how she was trying to keep it together. That's a main cause of vasovagal syncope. And the lightheadedness itself that may lead to fainting doesn't look like anything much. The person usually just stops doing what they're doing and if the feeling is not to deep too quick, they verbalize what they feel.
