Samus got a smaller hit box in the rolls, and Dark Samus got a faster Dash atack. But are the same character at the end.

People "shit" on foreigners when they went to Japan because they lost to "unranked randoms" aka players that the occidental audience don't know because they don't bother to know the japanese scene sisqui is a top 3 player in Europe and has defeated many World top 10 players
