Madeline looks absolutely stunning in that recreated 1940's dress, such a gorgeous shape. I love seeing all the talented folk you meet on your travels and am really enjoying these travel vlogs. I can't WAIT to see the Kaffe Fassett interview, he is just incredible and looks like he's such great fun to be around with the way he made you both laugh at the end. Fruity Knitting truly is a treasure 🧡

Wow,I think this is the most beautiful video I have ever seen and I can’t wait for the interview with my hero kaffe fassett . From someone who will never see any ot these wonderful places in person, your two vlogs have meant the world to me. The scenery, the Bronte family area, the fiber festival (and the choice of vendor interviews) are priceless. For me, if you happen to slip from A+ to A- quality in your productions, it's not a big concern. Your content alone makes up for any of what you might view as deficiency in experience. The important thing is not to exhaust yourself with worry about it. As far as frequency of segments, this patron will understand that life requires adjustments. If that means you need more time, take it. The most important thing for me is to be able to watch for as long as I can. Thank you and Madeleine for all you're doing. Andrew would be so proud.

This was such a beautiful and sentimental journey. You are both international treasures of the fiber community and first class documentary filmmakers. I am continually impressed by your choices of music, landscape, and interview topics as well as the pacing of your finished pieces. So much work goes into them. But more than anything, you project such love and appreciation for the artists you are bringing to our attention. I think I first bought a book of his in the 1980s... he's so amazing. sadly, I must say that Fruity Knitting has totally spoiled me for other knitting podcasts. There is nothing about this travel VLOG that isn't terrific! Madeleine is really becoming quite the narrator and video queen while Mum is mastering all that techy stuff brilliantly. I am enjoying this SO much. I especially like your mini-interviews with several of the vendors at the wool fair. It is so nice to hear and see the people who would otherwise get so little recognition for their work and art. I'm loving it! It's so inspiring. I've already placed an order with one of the vendors and am planning to use my Patreon discount on that lovely yarn by Julie Rutter. From all appearances I would expect that we can look forward to an interview with Kaffe Fassett soon. What a treat! You girls rock! Wow Wow Wow!! I remember driving through Cumbria with my Andrew and how much he enjoyed driving the roads. A manual car really is the only way to go for all the wonderful braking, exhilarating roundabouts and narrow roads. If you want a steep village to walk through, travel to Wales and go to Clovelly. That’s all I’m saying. Being down here in Melbourne, where we are still in lockdown, it’s absolutely inspiring to see the glorious English countryside again. If we can ever travel again, I’m going back to Britain, not only to travel, but to visit friends I still have there for 30+ years. This is definitely a fantastic travel vlog!

Thank you Andrea and Madeleine. It was so good to see you both. I’m looking forward to your interviews. You two have a magic touch when it comes to your vlogs and podcasts. They are a cut above the rest for sure! Take care.
