The Mormon's require good works; Hinduism requires good works for blessings; Reincarnation requires you to work to come back as something better. Works! Works! Works! So how work much is enough? No one can know. On the other hand, Jesus IS the Son of GOD the Father - and was with Him at Creation! God is LOVE. No other god can say that. Even Buddhism requires you to become nothing. God made you as the most complex being on the planet (with emotions and the capacity to love), but Buddhism says all that complexity is for nothing? I have good news - the One True God who Created you in His image, knows you and loves you. God doesn't just claim TO love. God IS love. We love because He first loved us. Search through all the religions. There are ZERO gods who want a relationship with you, except the God who made you. And in His Word (the Bible) He says that if you seek Him with all your heart, He will be found by you. Just ask God if He is real and see what He says to you.

Had an encounter with God that changed my life and He spoke to me in the plane as we were about to land in TeAviv, He said "My people, my people and I said, is that you Lord and He said, yes, and I said what do you want ne to do for your people, He said, Pray for my people, pray for their salvation, and I really broke down in the plane and cried. I said, yes Lord, I will, my whole time in Israel was visions and encounters and that is why I love Israel, every time I go there, it breaks my heart to leave Israel. There is absolutely no problem asking for prayer. We are called to pray for each other, but it helps to know what and who to pray for, so thank you for posting. It is a good step. Our God is the Great Physician who can heal any ailment. He is also a chain breaker. He can break the chains of any bondage. First, you must sincerely repent, ask forgiveness, and (if you have not already) accept Jesus, son of God, as your Lord and Savior. Only He can break the bonds of your sin. He did this when He shed His blood on the cross (the perfect sacrifice to end all sacrifice). Accept His perfect, free gift of salvation, pray, and believe. It does not matter what you have done in your past, He will give you the freedom you seek. Struggles will still come, but He will be with you and strengthen you!!...I will pray for you. I also live in and ❤ Arzona, but I can feel the spiritual world really warring and the signs are blatantly in our face...when I keep my eyes on our Saviour I am at such peace, but if I begin to watch the news and I get fearful!! The devil knows that his time is very short and every single day he is working overtime to lie,kill and destroy. Sorry for rambling on, but are you part of a worship team performing in church?

@sherylwright4855 Hi Cheryl, I am part of a church - but I'm not performing. I don't have a great singing voice! I am at the end of a fight with intestinal/liver cancer. I am 67 years old. I live in Quartzsite (about 20 miles from California), pretty small community here and I love it! Will be in Phoenix for about a week for a CT scan and doctor appts - I leave tomorrow. Folk as a born again Christian from the deep south in USA and raised pentacostal I would like to share the couple of times when I was a place for a few weeks and had a Jewish or messianic Jewish friend and I loved this brother and we both agreed on everything and even though we were in rehab and was fighting PTSD and addiction for me and I don't know but I think he had psychosis for the first few days and when he came back to his right mind I had the most agreeable and truthful person I ever knew. We had a good time because we saw everything the same and I also had another brother on another occasion and it was very pleasent with both men . Maranatha and God bless Abraham and God bless Jerusalem the Capital of Israel and blessed

There is a rabbi and his congregation that used to rent my family’s venue for events before they bought their own place up the street. I have always had a heart for him and his dear family. I used to cry and feel so blessed when I heard them blow the shofar and saw them praying and davening in our yard. In my heart I call him “my Rabbi”, hoping for his salvation and knowledge of the Truth, because he is searching. I tried to give him one of Jonathan’s books, but he very graciously declined to receive it. PLEASE pray for Rabbi Josse and his wife Rachel to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and understand all the truths in His word that they already hold in their hands. A special revelation from God Himself. In Jesus’ holy name, amen.

@@RoniDream That's ok! I just had too many bad experiences in the last organized religion I was in, but I also know that's not the case for everyone. I'm the sort to let everyone have their own experiences and not push mine on others. Just because it was bad for me doesn't mean it's the case for others. (I'm not the jealous type). Like I have plenty of friends and family that have their spiritual family. I'm down with volunteering and showing up to clean up if I had to, but joining? Nah I'm good on the solo route for a bit.

Thankyou. I still have living sistter & brither. I have always have been considered the religious one. It was never about religious but of faith. Therefore in their own way shun me. I listen to them & see their struggles but they avoid anything that comes closse to speaking of God. It can make me feel isolated& I live roughly 275 miles away. So I continue to follow my faith path.

Hi. I'm a Jewish woman. This is not at all the Jewish perspective on Yom Kippur. It's not even a little bit close. Yom Kippur is the day of atonement where Hashem erases all our transgressions and sins. You can imagine that is completely incompatible with a belief that a man died for our sins. Our sins are forgiven freely by Hashem and not just on Yom Kippur. We can repent at any time and be forgiven. We can also give to the poor, help widows or widowers, feed the hungry, perform acts of social justice and also be forgiven. You don't have to believe that. I respect your beliefs. But it is important to know that this is a complete misrepresentation of Yom Kippur. Not one iota of this is accurate. Yom Kippur has nothing to do with end times. Of course, we always hope the Messiah comes immediately but that is not what the day is about. At the end of tomorrow, Hashem promises me a soul that is white as snow. I make peace with others and atone to Him. It's a holy, holy day. By nightfall, He will decide who has been written into the Book of Life for another year and all will have been judged. The gates of heaven close again until next year on Rosh Hashanah. The gates are open for ten days every year. G d always hears us, but we are never closer than in these ten days. May Hashem bless you and I hope it helps to hear the meaning of this day from someone who actually practices Judaism. This man is a pastor. It's a little upsetting to me that he is distorting the emes (truth) of this day. People already misunderstood Judaism and this certainly doesn't help.

How many times I hear that things no longer mattet to YHWH in the church? More than I can count. How many times do I hear about doing good deeds? More than I can count. This is what I need to hear. Repentance isn't preached enough because the church is scared of what mere men will do to them. When they say "people don't want to hear they need to repent" only means they don't want to hear it themselves. They only want to hear what is pleasing. I truly want to be take part in the days, times and everything else that YHWH has ordained

Rabbi Jonathan, I was on the edge of my seat throughout this message! And then you came to the end and said "The Bride's Veil is removed!" If I had been standing up, I would have fallen to my knees! WOW! EVERYONE will see WHO the Bride of Messiah is! Everyone in "the Church" who believes in 'replacement theology' will see, everyone in the world will see, the angels will finally see and rejoice!❤ Hallelujah! Thank you so much for teaching us, doing what I call "tying up all my loose ends." You explain all the things in the Bible that I never learned 'in 60 years of church' and reading the Bible through on my own, "as the eunuch" trying to understand but needing a teacher to help me understand, to '"open my eyes!" My brother Alvin went Home to JESUS on Yom Kippur in 2004! He had been agnostic after being a paratrooper in Vietnam, but had a heart attack in 1986 and was DOA at Mount Diablo Hospital. He received JESUS on the recovery room table after quadruple bypass surgery and became a Chaplain for the Illinois State Prison System! HALLELUJAH! 🎶🎶🎵🎶 "GOD is a good GOD! Powerful teaching - the world is being called to return to the true word of Yehovah, our God.

So interesting to hear about the origins and meaning of Yom Kippur-always love Rabbi Jonathan’s revelation of the deeper meaning of Scripture and tying the Hebrew together with Greek to complete the mysteries being unraveled before our eyes. I love how he shared the Jewish wedding tradition of covering is looking forward to the bridegroom and we wait expectantly for the return of our Messiah, Jews and Gentiles with anticipation not dread!
