Lilly may have used the word “yelling” when she shouldn’t have, but how do you expect an 8 year old to respond when an adult has just basically verbally attacked her for sitting there? She just got reprimanded by an adult, that she clearly doesn’t feel comfortable with, for doing absolutely nothing and watched her friend start crying in response. The situation was upsetting everyone, but especially Elliana. I wouldn’t exactly feel great after that. I would have gone to my mom and told her about it too. I think Lilly did exactly what any kid her age would have done. Regardless of the situation and how it started, shame on Yolanda for taking it out on the kids. She never should have brought them into it in the first place.
