I think because for some dances the costume is essential, like when Abby did the waiting room the costuming made sense, if they wore random dresses it wouldn’t have had the same impact. Now for like random group dances the costume might not be as important

Silo Green I think you’re underestimating what the producers will do to create drama on the show. They have a lot more power than you think. After all, they have everyone under a contract. Just a quick edit that I thought I would add: Yes, it seems that generally, the moms and/or abby are the ones picking out or reusing costumes. But there are certain times where it definitely seems like the producers had a hand in picking out the costumes, such as the Laquifa costume Nia wore.

The last part with Chloe’s hat, Christy handled Abby like a champ. 100% respect

So the reality is Abby didn't get along with Christi, Chloe by extension, the producers interfearence is the fact that they all actually had to keep working together.

The thing is that the costume was like that because Abby said that her feet were ugly and also made pressley think that her body is ugly and that's why "she should hide it". Her mom just wanted her to understand that her daughter should not be afraid of her body and accept herself while Abby just wanted to create insecurities.

It is a rule of ALL dance schools, that YOU are responsible for your costume. Abby was very much right to scold Fallon for not asking her mum to double check that her mum had the costume before they got on the bus. Kids at the dance school I attend, are taught that at the age of 5. I know it isn't nice to be scolded in front of your peers - had the circumstance permitted, they should have been scolded away from people - but Abby was in the right.

Fallon Cortright actually Fallon is still a pretty unique name, not many people are named Fallon as a first name (in the US, can’t speak for other places) i think it’s such a pretty name tho! I think it means “leader” in Irish? Idk could be wrong tho
