This week, we learn lion's breath and we explore what it's like to be a fierce, proud, brave lion who is the king of the jungle with a kind, gentle heart.
Let's move, breathe and stretch together for a better, healthier, happier, kinder, more brave and wonderful YOU!
I love how yoga gives us tools to return to ourselves and is a remedy for all of the pressures to be anything other than our wholeness / uniqueness.
In yoga we are invited to recognize the goodness in ourselves and the goodness in one another.
So simple
So powerful
So real!
