    I have bad ankles from tons of sprains so this one sometimes leads to that pain on the outside of my ankle for my front foot- how should I modify so I can still get the stretch in my hip/glute but I don't feel that pain in my ankle? thanks for the consistent videos! this series has been amazing!

    Great question! Take it onto your back into ankle over opposite knee position and it will instantly take the pressure off. Hope this leads to happy ankles and open hips 😁
