Nice info, thx for sharing such gud vids, however if i sleep after 3 or 4hrs after having dinner(light food like idly dosa, chappathi) after few hrs my acidity issue gets started or i feel hungry or some stomach burning sense happens, my sleep gets disturbed. Also in between my sleep i feel thirsty and hence i wake up have a sip of water and try to sleep but still my sleep gets disturbed. But if i eat and sleep after 45 mins its kinda ok, i wake up in the mrng by 4 or 5 and sleep again, so what shud i do mam?

I am a CA Final Student .As guided by her ,i eat maximum by 6 pm .And sleep at 9 pm and wake up at 3 am.Although i follow a healthy schedule 6 hours of sleep is still required because my eyes get tired of continous reading ,watching lectures.6 HOUR SLEEP IS NECESSITY

True. I am also a ca student. I sleep by 9.30pm and wake up at 3.30am. Take bath before sunrise, it is highly beneficial.

Hello is it normal to get up after 4 5 hours, sometimes i go to bathroom or wake for 5 10 mins and fall back asleep for another 2 3 hours sometimes.. depends..i wish i could get solid 7 with no awakenings

Try to have your last drink 2-3 hours before bedtime. It takes about three hours for the drink to pass through your body, so if you drink just before bedtime you will need to get up. I have adopted this habit and I no longer go in the middle of the night.

At 6:30 I had heavy snacks & I usually have my dinner at 8:30 but today I was about to eat late. After hearing this video I decided not to have my dinner today.

Hi madam . I come home from office at 7:00 .Do some yoga from 8:00 to 9:00 and then have dinner and then sleep at 11:30.please suggest. I leave for office around 8:00 in the morning

In that case use tiffin service for evening food and for morning tou can make your own food and take it as tiifin

It's a Very bad time for dinner. You have no idea of how much that meal negates the positive things of Yoga. It would be better if you even stopped it to have an early meal. I say that because the other option would be not to have dinner (or replacing it for a fruit or some other kind of light food), and that's very difficult.

Light Dinner at 7.00pm Sleep 10pm to 4 or 5am. Yoga in the morning. Breakfast 7.30am Lunch 12 to 1PM (your largest meal)

In China they have their dinner by 5 in the evening. They'll wash all the plates and utensils and go out for shopping, movies, karaoke et al. They'll return around 10 and go to sleep. Rarely do you see Chinese with a paunch. I used to feel so good and light when I retire to bed. Never had digestive issues. Maybe you should try this.

Namaste, Sleep every day at the same hour and don’t see anything exciting or thrilling on television. Create a sleeping environment and the mind has to be relaxed in order to get good sleep. For weight gain, eat mindfully whatever you are consuming and make sure it is nutritious as the body need the right nourishment to grow. Yours in Yoga.
