Yoga for Runners, Rest and Recovery

This fun flow focuses on the lower half of the body. Runners, cyclists, and hikers need recovery, mobility, and rest. Linking movement with breathe, and targeting the quads, hamstrings, hip flexors, calves, and glutes, this practice is one to come back to again and again. It'll leave you feeling stretched out, relaxed, and open, in both mind and body.

    After 2 hours run yesterday I'm training for London Marathon. I did this yoga session this morning. I feel better 😃 thank you Michelle 😊

    Really enjoyed this. I am a runner and suffer from runners knee. So doing these poses before or after my run really helps with that. Thank you!
