SAME. Omg I needed to hear this SO badly. As a mom of 4 who works a corporate management position full time while also going to school full time to further my education, I am beyond capacity this week in particular. My kids are 9-16 and suddenly all seem to hate me lately. My team is stressed and turning on me, and I am just barely hanging on. I feel a little better after this session. I wish you all peace.

Finished a ten hour shift testing for covid and this helped me feel relief from the difference in environment. This really felt nice. My body was completely relaxed. The mild pain in my abdomen felt really relaxed. The tightness in my legs felt relaxed. It felt as if my whole body was thanking me. I do resistance training but today I had my period and I needed a rest. This felt amazing. Tq

Argh what a blessing you are. Didn’t realise how much tension I was holding onto. I get bad anxiety before my period along with pms symptoms. I find it hard to calm down and keep it managed. This was so relaxing and refreshing.

This litterally came out the day I started my period! I was so happy to see this yesterday. I have hormonal issues I'm working on with herbs and stuff, and even though it's getting better, my periods can still be pretty rough. I just did this, I enjoyed it. I loved the stretch of pushing the thighs and feeling the gentle pull in my lower back, new favorite, especially since it’s the third day of my period and I always have a crampy lower back on this day. Much love from me to you, thank you!

Juliana, I can't thank you enough for your beautiful videos, especially the yoga and yin yoga ones. I've been a practicing dental hygienist since 2011 and last year my poor posture and ergonomics along with an absence of any regular stretching routine finally caught up with me. I had been dealing with on again, off again neck and back pain for my entire adult life but in 2018 I began to experience A LOT of pain and for the first time it was affecting my ability to work. I spent a fortune on massage therapy, physical therapy and even medication but those only brought temporary relief and didn't address the underlying problem. I was feeling very depressed and starting to think I would need to find another way to support myself. I had followed some of your pilates videos in the past so I decided to give the yoga a try as well. When I saw how much it was beginning to help me I purchased the Boho Complete series. I'm almost done with the 21 day program and it's not an exaggeration to say that you and these videos are saving my career and drastically improving my physical and mental health. The yin yoga in particular has helped relieve muscles I didn't even realize were a tight mess. My traps haven't been this relaxed in years, possibly decades, and I never knew I could be so flexible! Holding those poses forces my mind to relax and I'm learning to be more patient as well. I'm still a work in progress but you've given me hope and a more positive outlook. I can't even begin to express my gratitude and I wish you and Mark all the happiness and love in the world! Namaste

This is so relaxing! It's perfect for first thing in the morning to wake up a lazy aching body! I really like the lumbar stretches to help elongate and release tension from the low back. I have sciatica and low back muscle tension a lot, which causes a lot of pain and stiffness. But immediately when I did the lumbar stretch laying down that you suggested, I felt my spine loosen and a gentle pop of a release as it elongated and stretched my back out perfectly. Thank you so much for this! I can't wait to try your other videos!
Just wanted to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! I’ve had lower back pain for 10+ years and have gone through years and tons of money for Dr.’s and spine specialists for herniated discs. I’ve tried cortisone shots and radio frequency legioning. All a huge waste of time and money. I would here that yoga would help but can’t afford to go to classes and just could not find the right yoga video. I came across your yoga for back pain and sciatica for beginners. I’ve done that one video every morning for the last 2 weeks. When I started I couldn’t even sit upright Indian style without lots of pain and would slouch. I can now at least sit upright with no pain and have noticed a huge difference in everyday pain slowly already starting to reduce. For the past 20 years I’ve sat in a van driving a lot and work on my knees usually in a hunched over position fixing heat and AC equipment. So on top of the herniated discs my muscles are extremely tight. Your explanation of each stretch and what is doing is easy to follow and understand. Thank you guys so much! Keep up the good work!

My period cramps truly felt so much better after this. Granted, I took some pain killers but it would take me having to sleep them off to feel better and they never kick in this fast anyway. I know this works because I did it about a year ago and felt better about 10 minutes in when I absolutely refused to take medication. I also felt so at peace after. Was no longer feeling overwhelmed/apathetic like I was at the beginning. Just. Peaceful. Almost a sense of contentment. I could feel the emotional release during the session. I love her videos… I always feel so much better after.
