    Dear , I am obese , and can not do the exercise which you are suggesting because of belly fat but can do cardio exercise even for 1 hour but its tolling on joints . If you suggest exercise for , who are big and obese like me that will help a lot of people and we are will to join your program and we people needs exercise more with cardio (because that help for diabetic and BP ) with less bending to loose weight . Kindly provide those as demo if those are in your target scope . Thanks you for your efforts .

    When I start yoga I did just 1 Surya namaskar and I tried I think I can't do this and some asanas also but day by day improve my flexibility and naw I did 50 Surya namaskar without any gap....just chill and do dear it takes some time...🎉🎉
