I’ve had prolapse surgery and hysterectomy, is this a good place to start, 10 weeks post surgery? How often should I do this video and for how long before I can move onto something else please?

I always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider for when you are cleared for exercise and what's best for you. The key is learning how to use your core and pelvic floor and what you are feeling with the exercises verses just doing exercises. Keep up the great work💗

Great question! I always recommend checking with your healthcare provider for what is best for you. I have clients that have prolapse that do these exercises, however it is how you do them and what you feel more so than what exercises.
