Inspiring beyond inspiring. Depths of gratitude to you Yo Yo Ma for being who you are and all that you work for in the world.

I attended Mr. Ma's concert few times over past 40 years. Always love his performance. Saw his video clip playing cello outside Russia Embassy last week on YT, what a respectful human being.

Amazing Human Being, Amazing Musician, Amazing CELLIST

There is simply nothing more profoundly moving than to watch a master at his work. Whether it be a boat builder crafting a boat, a skilled produce worker wrapping a head of lettuce in cellophane, or a world class cellist bringing the soul of a piece of music alive by pressing on strings! Such beautiful hands! Were Michelangelo to see them he would graft them on his statue of David!

I am so grateful for you, your warm heart and your, oh so sweet, music.

There is magic in Yo-yo Ma's playing, I can even hear the sound of the dead souls from the sound he makes. So much condolence, so much sorrow, so much compassion, and so much love. May the dead souls in peace and thank you for your comforting messages to those who passed away in this pandemic.

One of our times, and our world's, greatest humanitarians. Thank you, Yo Yo Ma 🎶

Beautiful Yo Yo Ma thank you it was so wonderful to be with you in Christchurch NZ back in 2019 wow that was the last live concert I went to. Remembered with much Aroha Maranu Gascoigne

Bloch's ' Prayer' was breathtaking. It sounds flippant to say but playing this in bed causes my cat, Magic , to be roused from his sleep to come and give me a love. He does this when he hears Mr Ma but only, it seems, when he is somehow touched by a piece . He likes Joshua Bell and Josh Groban too. He has great taste , obviously ! 😅😅

Master, so great! , Bach is alwlays our inspiration. amateurs, we work on the Suites due to sensibility of that pieces. I saw you in France, in Paris, several years ago for the rehearsal of Dvorak concerto. I'm always thinkinf of your "grâce musicale". I'm 57 years olds and thanks, because of you, i still play cello.

I remember the first time I heard you play, in the DC area in a high school auditorium, I think, 1977/1978. you and cello have become my most go to music. Thanks for enriching some many lives.

Play wonderfully! Yo yo Ma is Yo Yo Ma. Yo Yo Ma loves freedoms and peace of the world too. I guess most Americans love freedoms, entrepreneurship spirit and equality of opportunities principled societies together too. Also peace of the world will be able for peaceful minds to enjoy musics after daily work and back to home.

@yoyomamusic007 Are you Yo Yo Ma yourself? I knew your father was a great violinist. I also know you are a great Cellist. You play greatly always not only with great techniques, also with very musical expressions. I feel when you are playing, you involved yourself fully into the music you are playing. I am not just saying, because I said honestly how I really feel.

I appreciate his music and skill but doesn't he realize he talks way too slow?!? I couldn't sit thru it lol

I hope this guy has accepted christ as his saviour. The only way for peace is Jesus to return and do away with Hell, Death and Satan.
