yhmm nIHON 28t

Фильм және анимация

There is no AI used in the making of the music or the video, good old human tech, LOL. Yoshimi and I (Michael Mooser) collaborated and the feature length film NIHON was completed, which is incredibly dear to my heart. Last night in a creative push which has been going on for a couple of years for an exhibit which will be coming up 2025 theoretically. Started first track of a new double album push of ambient and even though just started on the first track (in progress) I liked it and decided to try it on NIHON. I love it and it is like a meditational journey within Yoshimi's indescribably wonderful footage and stills of Tokyo with the new in progress song. I hope you enjoy, I do. I am hoping Yoshimi uses the film to pull a section or all of it and make a new soundtrack too sometimes.

That was beautiful! - lovely work. I've always wanted to go to Tokyo, (esp to see the city at night in neon!) and you've made the urge greater! I like the human tech no AI comment. I'm not anti AI per se but I see it as the one in control rather than the artist, it's all very hit and miss and governed by AI, whereas the human tech leaves you with far more artistic control I believe. Maybe it'll change over time but my view atm. I'm the same with my YT videos. I do animation and fractals (long vids like yours too - too long for most attention spans these days it seems) but they are all created by human command and alignment etc, I'm in full control of the imagery, and you can tell a story much better that way. The music was very relaxing too, really drifted with it. The streetscapes with the overlays were dreamy but I also like the switch to being on a train. Loads of nice little effect/overlays happening in there which added to the dreamy feel of it all. Loved it, watched it all! Liked 👍

Thank you, I am very happy you enjoyed it. I will have to see someof your work, feel free to send a link. I use AI, I enjoy it, I did a all AI aimation/human edited music video piece for a close friend. kzread.info/dash/bejne/gJej18iMeMnJnag.html here is the link. I work in apinting, drawing, animation, 3D, fractal, on and on a lot but I like AI when I feel it is right, I think it is as valid as anything else, after spending hundreds of hours (several, several, several) I realize the work involved. So happy you dove into the layering and composite imaging, makes me feel good to come across someone who gets it, you do. I look forward to seeing and hearing your work.

this is lovely. I'm a big fan of manually edited visuals like this and your ambience syncs up well.

Thank you, yes, manually edited and from editing so much personally I enjoy some of this timing being used, it seems to ttranslate well to different soundtracks, very grateful for the work coming out of these sessions.
