    How banged up has it gotten with use? Any dents or just scuffs and scratches? Have you dropped it? The rtic is decent but I dented it at the curve by smacking it against something and dimpled the bottom when I dropped it so it no longer sits completely flat. Good video buy the way! Sorry for blowing it up with comments

    I wonder if you can just use it to keep ice in. And keep a cup that fits your cup holder. Water is easy to find: store, restaurant, vending machines (but it's not always cold). In the US most restaurants give you free water.

    I would love to know how this thing pours. Since there is no vent tube how difficult is it to fill a cup without spilling liquid everywhere. I have one of the competitors of the Yeti and the pour hole is small and filling a cup is a challenge because it "Glugs" when you try to pour. Any feedback on how well it despences a liquid would be helpful

    I have the rtic jug. It definitely glugs if pouring while the spout is at the 6 o'clock position. Put it in the 12 o'clock position and air enters more easily while pouring so it minimizes or eliminates the glug as long as the orifice is not fully covered by water

    My RTIC started smelling like a sewer. No matter how I cleaned it. Problem was in the rubber gasket

    I don’t like that the YETI handle is attached to the cap and not the body of the bottle… I need something to hold on to when I’m filling up my bottle. Also, that handle looks heavy. 👀

    1 gallon... how is it drinking from it directly. Doesn't it weigh nearly 12 pounds full?

  • @boxiii

    @boxiii

    4 жыл бұрын

    It’s is pretty heavy yes. I have no issue drinking from it personally. However, I could definitely see it being difficult for some people to lift a heavy metal object over their head and drink from it. They do also make a half gallon variant that is much easier to drink from as well. I hope that answers your question. Thank you for watching!

    8 bottles of water is not a gallon. Its 4 Liters, or 135.2oz. A gallon is 128oz, or 3.875 Liters.
