The pre-chilled method is definitely the way to go. I haven't bought any of the Yeti ice bricks though.

@@realshaneomac713 I have the thin large for the lunch box its awesome. When I get a hard cooler im going to like the bottom with the thick ones I heard it refreezes the melted water making everything last much longer

Yes it does, i pre chill mine, then line the bottom with the thick yeti ice, then drinks, then ice, mine will keep cold for 4 days ​@@mrslickdetailer9652
