I never understood this, “Say Yes” scam at all. I first heard of this several years ago. What contract (or purchase) in the world, is based on someone saying ”Yes”? & if that’s all it it needs to complete a contract, (is someone saying “Yes”) now with “AI”, they can take any of your other spoken communications/words, and simulate your “Yes”. & before the days of AI, what judge and jury, was the final arbitrator of that if that was your “yes” or something else as a yes? So, back then, if anyone was trying to scam you to say “yes”, then could’ve just take a similar sounding (male or female) voice and claim it was yours. I never heard of a court case, where anyone went to court, to prove that was their “yes” or not. Can someone give me an example of some sort of contract (or purchase) that only needs a verbal word “yes”?
