What insurance companies should implement is a refresher driving course. If you take the course you get a discount on your insurance. Peoples driving is getting much worse. It’s amazing to me to see how many people just don’t understand the basic rules of the road, yielding, etc. In the end people that drive very well with no accidents and very little tickets should be rewarded- not punished for other peoples lack of driving skills!
