A restaurant is now situated in the historical El Miranet mansion located on Paseo de Montejo. Originally built in 1908 by Alvaro Medina, a doctor and businessman who owned henequen plantations, this mansion served as one of his city residences. The restaurant's decor and furnishings have been meticulously chosen to match the time period, and the artwork on display is a carefully curated collection of period pieces from that era. It provides a romantic setting for a delightful lunch or dinner.

The menu at Yerba Santa was created by Chef Olga Sanchez, also known as “Chefsita Nidia”, who hails from Chiapas. Her cuisine is a fusion of international flavors with a unique Mexican twist. The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes, all of which we found to be excellent.
If you are looking for an elegant and unforgettable dining experience with creative and delicious food, I highly recommend Yerba Santa!
