Was never into Kpop just saw K/DA - POP/STARS and some Soyeon and Miyeon slaying the stage (Obviously Madison and Jaira were great too, i just couldn't look away when Soyeon raps and Miyeon sings), after the i watch some KZread videos of them and totally fell in love with Latata and Hann. Already brought their first album I Am to support them and that should saying something since i never in my life brought a music disc. So i will suppot this girls with whatever i can buy from them. Can I just say that they are doing something similar to Bts and I am absolutely here for it. They don’t just want to release catchy music, they have a concept and they are going ahead with it. That’s amazing. Having a good storyline sells and gidle has an amazing storyline going on. I know I shouldn’t compare them or call them a female version of bts but what I am trying to say is that they remind me of bts a lot and that’s a good thing. Soon they will make their own identity. When Queen Soyeon started rapping, Loco, RM and J-Hope automatically bounced their head just feeling the vibe, t'was automatic connection to the beat and lyrics. As producers themselves, they recognized real talent and was so focused on the stage. That performance was dope!

I'm starting to like G-IDLE. I wouldn't even mind if Yoongi, Jhope or Namjoon collab with Soyeon lol

Fluffy Hamster it’s because their tired of being shipped with other girl groups, so they don’t show reaction no more especially Jungkook since he’s the maknae and gets shipped the most. Plus they always have cameras in their faces at award shows so they especially don’t show reaction.

Squishy Lil MeowMeow First of all, thank you for being respectful and not cussing me out ^^ And, sorry for my comment, I don’t actually think this at all, that’s why I put it in quotation marks. I wanted to see other armies reactions if the situation were flipped, because I watched the video of BTS performing “idol” here, and other idols were reacting to them, and a bunch of armies kept commenting, not all thankfully, like in my quotation marks, how the other idols were “so fake” or “were very disrespectful for not reacting to bts” when it’s a contradiction to how when BTS reacts the same way. I think it’s a contradiction, because some armies are fine with BTS not reacting to other idols and think of it as them being “cool” or “savage”, while get angry at other idols for not reacting too. As you said, BTS doesn’t want to get shipped with girl groups if they do overreact, which I do see happen a lot, and that sucks, but I also saw some armies commenting exactly this “why would it be a problem?! What would happen if everyone stood up and clapped and reacted huh? 😒”, so yea, I think it’s just a contradiction. In my opinion, I sympathize with idols, because they’re still human, you don’t have to like every artist out there, or don’t have to react to everyone, or maybe they’re tired, or don’t want any controversies or scandals, and that makes total sense. So, I’ll delete my comment soon, before some people start a fan war here! I’m not arguing with you, I’m agreeing with you, I’m just explaining my previous comment, which I posted as an experiment to see armies reactions. Thank you for taking the time to reply to me

I don't understand the "hate" Momoland sometimes receives. You clearly see them here and they are giving their full support jamming out to (G) I-DLE. I think some fans interpret their intentions so wrongly. They are refreshingly unfiltered, I love that.

Kpop fans just don't like girl groups, especially popular ones. Their moves are over-analysed to an extent you NEVER see with male idols. So many male boy groups are problematic but remain incredibly popular. International fans like to pride themselves on being more socially accepting than other countries when in reality, they're hardly any better. I think it's just girls wanting to hate other girls, honestly, as the majority of kpop fans are female.

The reason why makes me stan soyeon and think she is the best female rapper out there right now is because in her part,she did not even need a strong background music to guide the tune of her rap or the rythem, she just HAS the flow and thats qhat makes her the best.

I’m a blink but we can easily agree gidle had the best performance. Blackpink did good but it was like a comback show what they do on inkigayo etc. (Ofc this is not blackpinks fault but yg and mma) but what im saying is YG needs to wake up because gidle is serious competition for blackpink. Im both neverland and blink and im glad cube at least gives the writing - choreographing - dancing space so they can create something beautiful unlike Yg. Soyeon is the reason why I became neverland, I love her confidence and rap

Tbh, I like both groups as well, but BP really needs to up their stage presence more. Mamamoo's stage was even more barren than BP's and they have the same number of members, but Mamamoo's stage presence really helped elevate their performance to another level. Gidle already has a high level of stage presence, but the extravagant stage really helped them showcase it. I agree that Yg needs to invest more in BP's award show stages and BP needs to practice more and get their stage presence higher.

Stan Kim Jisoo Blackpink wasnt included in the original line up because they were not attending, it was sudden news that they were gonna join too so basically they hadn’t prepared anything and weren’t gonna anything special. But i do feel like IF yg actually makes them do something like bts or what gidle did than they are gonna kill it.
