So is the character’s John, Rip and I love Tator. The make up person should also win an award. Especially after John was hit by the two tone van, Beth after the bomb incident, and when she got beat up, and Tator after she was Stomped by the horses. They all looked like it really happened.

Kudos to the interviewer. She asked questions and allowed Kelly to talk without interrupting or attempting to force an answer.

Yes! I thought of that as it went on, too. Most interviewers cannot keep quiet and allow their star to shine. This woman def allowed Kelly to share the differences in who she is and who Beth is without forcing more "Beth" out of Kelly. Well done all the way around!

I honestly believe she just might be my favorite actress ever. The shocking difference in everything about her from being in character to not is absolutely insane. It is like hearing Hugh Laurie for the first time out of character except Kelly Reilly is the exact opposite of the character she plays in real life. I love the entire cast of Yellowstone, every single one of them all have done a phenomenal job at their roles but she will be the next big star to grace the silver screen. She's actually played some characters before that have resonances with Beth to me. I think Reilly has some stuff in her naturally that work with how she plays Beth, they're just not at the forefront of her character.

Beth is such a brutal role to play and Kelly Reilly has created her perfectly! She is a phenomenal actor and I agree with most people in that her part in "Yellowstone" will undoubtedly make her a world renowned star. Tons of accolades to come for this brilliant actress.

😂 it’s funny bc I love the character, but hate her at the same time. Kelly really is a great actress though, so different than the character she plays.

I love her. There are so many layers to her. Rip is perfect for her, he "gets" her. She is so broken and he knows just how to make her feel loved and protected.

She is outstanding in this role! How she got rid of her English accent is proof enough of her dedication to this role, not to mention the depths she has to go to in order to embody Beth’s mental/emotional status! I read somewhere that Kelly, in person, was so far removed from Beth, that to witness that great acting ability is a remarkable thing to be a part of! Keep on doing you, Kelly…AND Beth! We love you!

Beth is so hard but also so complex. She is possibly my most favorite character of any show or movie ever. I am so impressed with Kelly Reilly for bringing her to life. I can't imagine anyone else in that roll. I think a lot of women can relate to how her past trauma's made her into the monster to protect herself from having to deal with her own emotions. I love Beth and Rip together too ❤. Everyone on the show is great but Beth's character being so multi demensional and Kelly playing her makes her my favorite.

"Life is plenty hard. You don't need to help it..." Such a simple line of truth with so much meaning for everyone. It was such an "aha" moment for me, like many others from Taylor's magnificent writing. His shows always make me think about things. He's a word artist. Truly.

When a hugely talented creative embarks on a role they're not quite sure they can pull off, they always do their greatest work. Kelly, I'm in absolute awe of your work. I'm a writer and musician and psychologist, but I have never appreciated the craft of acting more than when I watch you doing your brilliant work on Yellowstone. You and the rest of the cast, bringing to life Sheridan's masterful writing.

My husband and I just love this show and the characters in it . You never know what comes next. Keep on making Yellowstone.

How the hell has she not won an Emmy or Golden Globe for this show. I had never seen her not as her character before. I now think she is even better because I can tell when she is "Beth" it's like her aura changes and she has a completely different look behind her eyes. When she turns on her beth you just can tell she is always scheming and just thinking of a neverending number of awesomely vicious and completely crass one liners. Hands down my favorite Beth line was... "You're lucky she has conscious. I was gonna make you fuck that mannequin."

Oh my gosh, she's so good. You're so right about that aura she has. It's REALLY hard to break it down and catch what makes that aura come alive, but it's really fun to try to see the moving parts that create that aura. It's hard because she's so understated, undistractable, with core confidence makes her more subtle than people with bravado. That core confidence and dark zen shows up on her eyes, face, voice, whatever she says to peeople. Most of us try to project our bluster out in the open with furious eyebrows, raised voices, and sarcastic "Karen" smiles in all the obvious places people look first. Beth has none of that. If you're not looking closely, all you see a predator's ease. If you look elsewhere--when she's startled, taken aback, grieving, or even empathizing with someone--it'll come out as a twitch on the side of her neck or a subtle basking of satisfaction right before she pokes someone with a fork. If she had a tail, she'd probably twitch it. No doubt her creators took inspiration from Lena Headey as Cersei, and no one short of a phenomenal actress could pull that off!

My jaw hit the floor the second she started speaking. There's a piece of me that wishes I hadn't seen this but I'm also really happy I did. We have been needing someone like her for a long time. I cant wait for season 5. To me, there's nothing to watch after Yellowstone. Thank god we have 1883.

The first interview I saw her do knocked me over. This radiant, beautiful sweet lady and a British accent, which I love on a woman, that's a complete 180 degrees from her character Beth. I immediately fell in love with her.

She is the best actress in that kind of role I've ever seen. She is a masterclass in a savage and ruthless character. I enjoy every second and scene she is in. She deserves an Emmy for her role on this show period.

Yellowstone is a great show and Kelly is amazing in it.

It is amazing because during the interview you catch on to how shy and reserved Kelly is and even in her looks with her sweetness and that shy way that she has makes it almost unbelievable that she plays the role of Beth. During the sweet scenes with Rip you do catch a little bit of Kelly. She is absolutely amazing.

Kelly plays her part so well that you can't imagine her being any other way. She is a hell of an actress! My friends and I would love to have her as our best friend. No body would ever give us trouble. She'd kick their assets. Her and Cole are the perfect couple. I hope you guys keep on what ever is going to be up next

Beth is the Valkyrie Queen to Rip's Viking King. A perfect pairing. This is a relationship that most people only dream about. She could have thrown in the towel and become a hopeless drunk but she said no and became the steel she is. She was hard on the boy when he called her mom, but she only wants to prevent him becoming the thing she hates most in the world, Jaime. Her one liners are legendary and define her perfectly. She IS the tornado.

Kelly makes Beth look like the real person. I know she says she had to work at the character but, wow she has it down perfect. If Beth leaves the show or Rip character the show is done for real. They bring so much to the whole story. Because I really know someone that is so much like her and has always been. I really appreciate Kelly hard work she has been putting into this character. She is just the person that people hardly see till she steps up and be that person. Just the person that doesn't take the air out of the room. But when she does step forward everyone knows this is the wall you know is going to break everyone. And you just want someone to try her. Great character requires a great actor Kelly is Beth and I absolutely love her.

That's how it always goes too and it's bs. Mine are: saving grace- although some plot holes my number one favorite show of all time. Raising hope- my favorite comedy, only was on 4 seasons and got better every show. Meanwhile, all seasons of both shows were on hulu, now both only have 2 seasons. I don't get it. Why do they always do that crap? Just take away what captures us all for such a long period off time?

She has one of the best American accents I have ever heard an English actress have. She has mastered the ease of it AND the fact that Beth had moved away from the area for a long time and lost a bit of the accent and she nailed that perfectly. Even actresses like Kate Winslet and Cate Blanchett, etc. never quite get the American accent correct without sounding stiff (when not in a period piece that is, which it makes sense to be more formal).

That was the best character analysis by an actor/actress ever. Super candid, honest, heartfelt, genuine.

My wife and I have binge-watched this show over the last month and are caught up. We absolutely love it! It's so interesting to hear from the actors. Thanks!

I am from south Texas and this show is so well done. There are real Beth’s down here. That English lady dose a perfect job. She is a mix of my Mom and my Aunt. Sugar and spicy.!

The oddest thing is I think Beth is good for Kelly. I feel like Beth is a manifestation of the deep pool of inner strength that lies within all women. The best part is that from here on out, I have a feeling Kelly will forever be able to draw upon this character’s immense strength when needed.

Been watching since day one, my favorite character was John Dutton, Sorry Kevin But I Kelly/Beth has become my #1 favorite. I just Love Kelly Reilly and her awesome talent/ability to make my favorite character Beth Dutton come to life. Great job girl. And I just Love Beth & Rip together.

We love Beth and this lady is a great actor! Love her in Pride and Prejudice as well.

Beth had to kind of grow on me because I didn’t like her character in the beginning but than when I found out the pain she had endured I understood. To have your own mother not approve of you can leave you quite damaged and poor Jamie not only was he never feeling good enough he finally understands why! Beth harbors a lot of pain and pain turned inside out is anger. She can only be vulnerable with Rip and they have a beautiful love story. It’s beautiful to see a couple that come from traumatic backgrounds emerge and turn that pain into something beautiful.

I loved this interview with Kelly . She is like a tiger .

This lady should be awarded for her awesome acting skills. This is a hard part for a sane person.

Such a thoughtful and introspective person. She is an outstanding actress.

She does her role in Yellowstone so well, after it, I too cannot see her as anyone but Beth, I think that's the highest compliment a superb actor like this can get. I mean, I'd take it as. It's not like she had to do it for decades to be associated with it that much, she's truly amazing, fascinating, hard to keep my eyes off her.

I used to absolutely love a TV show called Black Box. She played a doctor and she was so fascinating to watch! When I saw she was involved in this Yellowstone project I was SO EXCITED!

When I'm watching Beth interact with a soon to be adversary, there is a moment that sets Beth into nitro mode. Usually, it's something the other actor says or insinuates, and I always say to no one , but out loud, " Oh this is not good " I seem to be saying that a lot, and happy to do it. Cannot believe she has not won an Award for her dedication to this show and her character.

She did it absolutely brilliantly...no one else could ever play Beth but you Kelly....amazing! You should be so proud! I love her! ❤️

I discovered this last week, and I am on season 3 now. I am obsessed. Rip and Beth are the best.

Will never forget first watching Kelly in the brutal but brilliant thriller Eden Lake (2008) and being absolutely entranced by her. So glad she is finally having her proper overdue moment in the sun on this show!

At 56 I've seen plenty, and sure there are and have been some excellent shows. But Yellowstone has me ! I love it .Beth is monstrously brilliant. Kelly is so incredible to pull this off, Taylor your a freakin genius !

I just watched Pride and Prejudice (2005) again recently and Kelly Reilly is one of my favorite characters /favorite performances in that movie. I haven't seen a single episode of Yellowstone yet, but I'm going to start watching the series.. because I look forward to seeing more of Kelly.

I LOVE Beth...She brings a great dynamic to the show...She holds her own and even eclipses most of the other characters...
