Murphy reminds me a bit of an earlier version of Watkins. Needs to work on his headers a bit more, which is critical in the Championship.

oxfords play was 100% on another level they kept the ball better than a lot of prem team's

Shall we also talk about the holding of Murphy in the 2nd half when he shot just wide or the little push on Murphy again when Baxter saved or maybe the penalty when Owen Dale was in the area but a free kick was given just outside? Not one Bolton player appealed for a foul and not one of them spoke to the ref after the goal not even the captain. Trust me Bolton got away with a lot more than Oxford did during the game. Their number 4 should have been sent of. Lastly if they did give a free kick we still would have won because Bolton wouldn't have scored against us if we had played all weekend. As was said at the end a coaching masterclass by our manager

There was VAR. Both players were contesting for the faling ball, and no Bolton players protesting it tells you all you need to know
