We love our custom neon sign from Yelowpop, BUT the remote doesn't work and I can't get any help. Back and forth emails with an agent guessing at the problem. We have a really cool sign that we can't turn off and on. I would recommend NOT buying the remote. Just go with the manual corded switch/dimmer.
