BS do not use this company! they sent a broken sign (I purchased for an event and it doesn't turn on.) i bet they comment here and tell me to reach out to customer support directly which I have and there is nothing that they can do in time...and they will not offer refund. I will have to reach out to cc company.

We love our custom neon sign from Yelowpop, BUT the remote doesn't work and I can't get any help. Back and forth emails with an agent guessing at the problem. We have a really cool sign that we can't turn off and on. I would recommend NOT buying the remote. Just go with the manual corded switch/dimmer.
