This is not just Yelawolf. He has an extremely talented band backing him. Shooter, Ted, John, Jaime and Audrey are all awesome!

He has been switching genres since about a decade ago. He did blow up. He just plays smaller venues, but thats probably his decision. He doesnt make much music as much, though. His social media is him doing other things on the side. I hate country music to death but he is more country than other country stars and i actually enjoy those songs

It’s very rare for an artist to have such a drastic change in style and not fail horrible at it. I can tell that it’s a genuine change for him and that he actually likes this style and knows enough about it that he knows what works and more important what works for him, its not just a gimmick for attention or more money (*cough* MGK). I can’t be considered a ‘fan’ of yelawolf, I’ve just heard a handful of his songs which I like so I’m not saying that because I’m biased or anything, just genuinely impressed with his musicality and the songs I’ve heard from this album so far

This whole album is dope, yela channels everyone from Billy idol to Tom petty on it and kills it. This my favorite on album, and the leaving Las Vegas inspired video is also perfect for the track. Gratitude for the breadcrumbs on the trail and all slumerica represents, including your authentic expression of self.
Just blew my mind guys....simply put. I grew up listening to 80s music in the car with my mom. I was born mid 80s so really grew up in the 90s and this brings back a feeling that's indescribable. I can't be the only one for sure!

They may as well as put this on classic rock stations bc it is gonna end up there anyways, plus has that really could be on classic rock, pop, todays hit stations, and others. I love the sound of this one. I have played it over and over but some has to do with my mood. #yelawolf get this on various radio stations since the car I drive don't even have for aux much less bluetooth. And it's an 2007.

Always evolving and doing something different with no boundaries or selling out, that’s a true artist! Love the throwback on this song and everything else on the album! Pushing the limits further and proving that it’s possible to successfully combine different genre’s into anything from hip hop to rock. Everything from Pink Floyd sounding undertones to fast paced punk rock. Great effort from Yela, Shooter and the rest of the band! I’d personally love to hear what would come to life with him doing more of a metal album. I always thought it would be interesting hearing his vocals combined with one of my favorite metal bands, Mastodon! 😉👏👽
