I would recommend sector 18 & 20 and residential plots.

22D may take another 3 to 4 years
Any resale value? Or to hold for 7to10 years for development then only we can find buyers.pl tell any sale purchase at current time and how much people get premium plot size wise.

Corners are always bigger than normal size. Rare chances that they are exact in size.

Sir mujhe dec 2019 me 22D me plot mila thaa or mere paas allotment letter bhi hai but issue ye hai ki mere allotment letter me plot number hai A-344 jo ki 162m kaa hai. But aap ki video me mentioned hai ki 22 D me keval 339 hi plots hai 162m ke. Can u pls explain me where could be the issue

Hi Eliz, Sorry for late reply. I and J are 300 sqm pockets and all are developed pockets, prices starts from 57 lakhs and registered plots starts from 60 lakhs. H is not developed yet and you can buy plot in 52 lakhs only in Pocket H. H also is 300 sqm. Pocket E is 1000 sqm and prices as per today starts from 13500 per sqm. - Pradeep

You can renew lease after 90 yrs. But generally after 15-20 yrs Authority usually gives out an option to convert leasehold property to freehold on basis of some small charge. The same happened in noida sectors. Same might happen here as well..

अगर सरकार के पास अच्छे plans हों व इनके जल्दी पूरा होने की उम्मीद हो तो जल्दी ही नया शहर बन सकता है, मतलब 5 से 10 साल में भी।
