@freedom_path Thanks for the replies. Just a few more questions. It would be very helpful if you could answer. 1. Lease Deed Amount (10% of total plot amount) + Stamp Duty (7% of total plot amount) + Registration Charges (1% of total plot amount) is payable only after possession and during lease deed execution right? We don't need to pay these amounts in 60 days time that is given on successful allotment? 2. I believe we need to do 40% completion of the plot in 3 years after the execution of the lease deed to get the completion/occupancy certificate? Is this correct? 3. Is the transfer of ownership allowed after possession? Can I sell the plot after possession? In the brochure, it is written transfer of ownership is not allowed and requires written approval from the CEO of YEIDA?

If there’s no Co-Applicant then “Relation with Applicant” means kya fill krna hai?

Do ICICI bank give loan for initial 10% and later on full payment ?

Bhaiya ek baat btao form toh bhar dia ab mujhe apna plot finance karana ha bank se EMD me or bank wale form ki photo bhi mangte hai or yaha form fill krne ke baad koi option hi nhi ahrha print or download ka

Female concession hai registry mein but small amount. Agar aap dono ke name lena chaty property tou co-applicant ka option diya hai authority ne, zaroori nahi ki use karein iss ka

If you have Commercial, Industrial or Institutional unit in YEIDA then you are in this category, else you are not.

In application details there is Form No. given. but what is Application No. It is vacant. why it is vacant. Is there any application number. Why one point of application number is vacant in the form.

Account mein paisa jama hoty hi unko pta chal jayega kyunki account number (jis mein apny jama karaya) vo apki application se linked hai. Kuch din mein apko portal par show ho jayega

Credit charge is a lot (few thousands) if you pay EMD using credit card. You can check by clicking on credit card on payment page.

Dusre mobile se kar sakty. Mobile ka adhar se link hona zaroori nahi. Lekin apko dusri application ki zarurat nahi, agar registration money nahi pay kiya tou ussi application ko sahi kar sakty
