    Yamuna me jo rate last 2yrs me bde hai, ab us rate se nhi badega. Saal 10% se jyda kabhi nhi badega. Tou jinko invest krna hai wo dur rhein. jo log end use ke liye dekh rhe, wo le sakte hain, but ye maan k chalo ki next 8-10 saal tak reh nhi sakte. YEIDA, ke master plan 2031 me include hain ye sectors, 2031 tak tou infra structure aane me lagea, uske baad fir 4-5 saal lg jaate hain, city ko devlop hone me. Election k baad rate badenge, but actual me nhi, bas hype banegi, tode fir 2-3 months me same rate pe aa jayenge, Last Year Oct me jb authority ne scheme nikali thi, us tym pe bhi aisi hype bnayi gyi thi, 1 months k liye rate bda diye gye the, but buyers ne interest nhi liya fir rate correction huye. Jo rate Oct 2023nme the wahi rate aaj bhi hain.
