I have struggled with depression for years---even with therapy and different meds. I have recently decluttered and organized my house and car. I'm working on putting things where they belong when I am done with them. It feels great going to cook and all the dishes, pots and counters are clean and available for use. I feel so much better about myself just having a clean and organized space. Happy New Year and well wishes beautiful ladies! 🤎🤎🤎

Ok, so we have some similar things for Jan. I decided I'm not buying takeout for lunch. And I have been doing good. The month-by-month is perfect. I'm going to write them down on my calendar.

That’s good you had a good year last year. I’ve been struggling with life period. Everything came down in 2022. I don’t really make New Years resolution that are practical. Typically I’ll just pick something to work on that’s not too stressful to attain. I like your vision board ideas

Happy New Year Kristyn! I am finalizing my goals this year tonight! We have a lot of similar goals…..I need to decide what content I want on my page as well….I think i have to create what comes natural to me & then I can become more consistent. I enjoy the KZread platform so much but I have no desire to do it full time either. I am focusing on reducing frivolous spending and also spending additional money on dining. I am also cutting down on my trips to Target, Home Goods & TJ Maxx cause I run it UP! 🤣🤣 I am looking forward to 2023 with you and watching you grow ur channel!

Yessssss however I think my biggest issue is organizing because I have so many things lol 😆 I struggle keeping it “neat” but not so much clean. BUT GIRL the neat part is hard right now haha 😆 send help please. Do they ever do that? I need help with that for sure.
