I want to clear this up because I literally see people saying "oh paragon is butthurt about YBA:L" and not understanding the context. YBA:L is a game that is stealing YBA's assets that Uzu *NEVER* gave the other team permission to use. It is one of our rules that supporting these games which steal YBA assets (even if they're old) isn't allowed. The devs gave Paragon a "no" after he asked them to take down the game, meaning that the time limit provided no longer applied. (Copied text from the rule itself) 20. Involvement in games which steal YBA assets is forbidden. --Uploading streamed/recorded content or donating is included. >Punishment is a permanent in-game ban. This happened with YBA:NU and YBA:AU, YBA:L is not being treated any differently. If they had created all of those assets on their own, none of this drama would be happening. YBA has full rights to take action against these games that copy it, and if Roblox was better about taking down stolen games, the game would likely already be shut down.

If any other game on Roblox had a copy like this while it was still relevant, the devs of those games probably want to take action too (not saying Paragon is a dev, but he works closely with the team).

Wouldn’t it be smart if they’d make a legacy version of YBA themselves considering mostly everyone prefers that over new YBA? They can still update the new one. Meanwhile the old one won’t have to be updated as much.

This is just me ranting, you don’t need to read all of it: Yba banned me on 3 different accounts due to bugs. First account was banned cause I got flung cause someone with the hand pulled me through a wall various times. Second was cause of the resetting during universal reset bug. Last one was because I got mass reported under the suspicion of speed hacks (I was using vampire with scary monsters) So I don’t really care If I get banned on another account, I’ve lost a lot of skins (jacko platinum, twauoh and kq btd frostbite)

Haha you fool Paragon, I am already banned in YBA I got banned on discord for no reason then I decided to make a discord to ask 3-4 staff members why I got them ( because appeal server is turned off ), instead they ignored and banned me on my main ingame but also my alts which were connected to discord alts that I made to ask. That's crazy like even those were not my alts, to bother a staff member someone could get someone banned ingame if they are a feet in the grave ( on their discord )

Honestly think its desperation. They added all these new op stands and barely balance them to the point that people make a older version of the game to have fun. Yba averages 3k players these days and they take 6 months to release a reworked stand that barely meets expectations. Countless promises have been made, and they break each one. Pretty sad, that this is how YBA turned out, a classic money making game on roblox.
