The "lataratara" part per PABLO (guy in white coat, the leader and their songwriter) is the similar lullaby that his grandma sang to him when he was a kid.

•Mapa = Map •Ma (short term for 'mama' meaning mother) + Pa (short term for 'papa' meaning father = MaPa (parents) •Ma[ta] (tagalog word for eyes) and Pa[a] (tagalog word for feet) This song has many meaning. It hits really hard in tagalog.

yes, MAPA also means Map in Filipino. SB19 has been really creative in creating titles of their song, one example is this one. MAPA could mean MAma & PApa (Mother & Father) and also "map" because your mom & dad guided you through your journey in life.

Woah! Been waiting for this for the longest time. They have an online concert. Are you watching? So timely as well you are recording at your parents’ place. Mapa is a contraction for Mama (mother) and Papa (father); also for mata (eyes) and paa (feet) which were mentioned in the lyrics; and also literally map, which they used figuratively as parents giving us direction or guidance.

I just want to add also that the word MAPA means map in Filipino, but in this song Pablo made the word mapa kinda like a portmanteau of words of Ma (Mama or mom) and Pa (Papa or Dad). This made the song title have a double meaning: Mapa as map-parents being a guide and mapa as portmanteau for Mama(Mom)/Papa(Dad)

Like Zach Tabudlo, Darren Espanto, James Reid, Nadine, The Juans etc. I hope they would really look into that. All eyes are on them now. having quality production would mean a whole lot of thing as well.
