看了很多屋台的影片，都有一些共同點。首先是衛生很好，屋台的設備比較簡單，但業主對乾淨的要求沒有打折。屋台附近也沒有看到油污。其次是業主對料理工藝上的堅持與專業，和飯店主廚沒有區別。下次去日本，或許會到屋台吃吃飯。

太田川駅周辺はここ数年でめっちゃ変わりましたよね。 10年前近くに住んでましたまが周りはただの住宅街だったのに 駅だけやたら立派で、なんなんだここは？ と思ってました。
