i always wanted to be a streetfood seller because i think it's fun to serve customers in public like this, but i cant imagine how tiring it is after watching them. they are so incredible.
I would love to visit one of these carts one day but travel costs a lot and I have a very hard time learning another language so I'd be too frustrating to deal with. So I just live vicariously through these videos. Thank you for this.

I love the way these street food vendors turn a random plain stretch of sidewalk into a cosy haven serving delicious food. I know it's not actually random, but the sensation of eating great food in a cosy pop-up stall on the sidewalk, with great company seems totally delightful to me.
