Kramer was an old costume jewelry manufacturer. They probably put the tags on at the factory, and it was sent to john random store. 03:02 Scarf clip, from back in the 80s. The little female is "black forest" carving , souvenir of Austria or Switzerland or some such. The dangle was a Thai temple dancer, originally an earring. Could be 50s, could be last week. The same design was made forever. It's silver. 09:40 Vendome was the higher end line from Coro. Nice stuff. I was looking at the round red screwbacks sitting upside-down on the floor. They look like bakelite, and if so are the best thing in the bag. No one individual piece is big money, but Renee can make her money back at the flea without much trouble.

The silver (800 parts) is made in Indonesia. The grey part is called niëllo. It is a silver and lead powder, melted on top of the engraved picture and then polished. A very old goldsmiths technique. It is not toxic to wear. That pendant will pay back the entire jewelery bag.👍🏻greetings from a goldsmith from the Netherlands.🙋🏻♀️😘

LOL -- Cupids .... when I first saw them I thought "flying pigs!!!" Yeah .... that "Siamese" piece is interesting .... my mom had a full set (necklace, bracelet, earrings) of that particular pattern. "Siam Sterling jewelry was manufactured from the 1930s through the 1980s, and was a very popular motif in the 1950-60s. Although Siam officially changed its name to Thailand in the 1940s, the “Siam” nickname for this style of jewelry stuck. Siam silver is officially called “Nielloware.” Niello is a black mixture of copper, silver, and lead, used as an inlay on engraved or etched metal. American soldiers who visited Thailand in the mid-20th century bought this jewelry for their ladies back home, making it a popular mid-century trend. Much of the filigree was etched by hand by Thai artisans."

Like any collector/dealer, they must have a treasure trove of stories that literally could fill a book!

@@PaperandMoose We got an appointment on forthcoming Friday. This guy seems to be more a generalist on antique books than a specialist. He is living not that far from Bremen, by the way. If you have some special wishes or interests, please let me know.
That was fun! Thanks for sharing the adventure of treasures, Renee! 🩷🌿
Renee !!! Thanks for taking the time to share what was in the bag so cool to see!!! I like detangling things I find it therapeutic! So many cool things in the bag ! I appreciate you so much! Stay safe stay great and keep up the good work!!!
Enjoyed watching you go through the bag! I seen a lot of goodies in there👍! Use to watch BBD sort through his jewelry, fun times!
At 11:50 the black and silver pendant is probably made in Siam, it's old and could be Sterling also. I have a beautiful bangle bracelet like that. I got it in the 70's when my father was dabbling in antique jewelry.
You've made your $30. Back on the Vendome red clip-on earrings! This bag was a great find!
I know a Sterling silver thimble would sell for more than what you paid for the whole bag on ebay in good condition same way with Brass or gold

Yes thimble collectors might have an interest.
Renee you could always rebag what you don’t want to individually sell and maybe recoup some of your cost. The little crown with the loop on the back is for scarves..you loop the scarf around your neck and then pull it through that hoop :)
Yayyy! I'm so excited that you did this video!! Thank you!
Amazing! I live in Big Rapids, MI!
The crown clip at the 3 minute mark is a scarf clip. You tie or wrap your scarf then put the clip on it to hold it in place.
I like the watch at the begining
Some pretty vintage costume jewelry 💯💛
The black and silver piece is siam jewelry. Fun to see!😊
I like seeing the jewelry. There was a needlepoint pin I saw in the beginning with pink and green flower. I have that same pin . I got it mail order from Lillian Vernon Co. In the late seventies. I’m surprised you didn’t display it .
Love cetangling separating and discovering
the pendant is a piece of Siam Niello from the 40's, usually they are 925.
Check for signed costume, the little carved girl with the flowers is cool. Siamese (Thailand) damescene sterling silver dancer, popular in forties and fifties, usually marked Siam. There uou go Vendome! Thirty dollars worth of fun.😊
An interesting batch of jewelry. Thar Christmas bulb looks like one of a pair I once saw dangling from a young lady's ear lobes...one was red, the other, you guessed it green!
It turned out to be a pretty good bag ! You got some fun treasures ! Never thought to wear gloves , I go through so much jewelry and like to be able to feel it and it is easier to examine the pieces ! Worst Goodwill box I got I received 136 single earrings in a five pound box of jewelry !! I think you will do well with the pieces you got !! Loved the Valentine bracelet !

Hello to the Netherlands! Thank you for sharing a bit of knowledge in your field.
I think this character is a sword dancer. I have some Niello jewellery that I bought at a seniors residence rummage sale 20 years ago. This piece is really lovely.
$3o was definitely worth it. Most of that by just the charm bracelet alone.
Thanks for sharing your finds . fun...🥰🥰
The black sterling piece is Siam Niello
I have the patience of a gnat….I would have ripped apart those necklaces…..sigh…..Cool pieces ….I love old clip on earrings ❤❤❤❤❤
The pendant is a Siam sterling silver jewelry.
Lots of cute pieces of jewelry. Crazy that a coin from big rapids Michigan was in that. That town is about an hour and half from me. They have Ferris state university there.
I'd bet some of those thin chains - if you could ever untangle their Gordian knot- would turn out to be gold. If not, still, a lovely pile of bunched-up things to rummage through Renee…
There appears to be some very nice vintage costume pieces, Vendome in particular. Always enjoy your videos! 🇨🇦
The goodwill bins that I go to used to have bags jewelry. I buy old costume jewelry for my art I make and sell...you can take old pins and make magnets out of them.
Hey Renee. So sorry for the jewelry. But I think you can get your money back for them. The pendents are nice and the bracelet's are neat as well. The thimbles are a great find. I never saw that in any of the grabbags from other seller's. God Bless you Renee. Hope you find better stuff soon in next sale. Take care. Mari'a. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🤗🤗🤗👻👻❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🌟
the crown with loop is a scarf holder when they used to put scarfs around neck.
Looked like a few good items in the nest of jewelry. The crown that wasn’t a pin was a scarf charm or scarf ring, is what I call them. Fun to see what was in it. Looked like a few necklaces of gold. Maybe 🤞🏼. ~ Texas
Some old thimbles are worth money.
Well Renee! I think you may make a few bucks. Better thsn nothing& you had fun. That wooden girl looked like a hummel,ck for no.& marking.👍🌞🌴💞
I’m really glad you should make your money back! I was pretty sure you would but you just never know until you sort through it all. Thanks for letting us see what was in that bag!😊
Siam , that one pendant
Hi Renee, the crown piece you showed to us is a shoe clip…😊. Boring pair of shoes, put a shoe clip on it and it makes it dressy.❤️
I'd guess they didn't want to untangle the items so just put it in a bag as one piece. Fun to go through it 👍👍

That could be true! They had to organize and price the other items at the sale, no time to untangle a jewelry mess!
@3:05 the crown might be a shoe clip.
The crown is a scarf clip!
Love the Valentines bracelet, real sweetheart gave that❤️
Siam silver double sided pendant
The Crown is a scarf clip.
It was worth it...I added it up as you went along...worth over $100.
I have bought large boxes and bags of jewelry. Some I got at a very good price due to the fact that it was all tangled up. I like to sit and untangle it in the evenings, and yes it sometimes takes a few evenings to get it all sorted and untangled! I find it restful to untangle it and when I'm finished and see all the pretty necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings and pins it is so gratifying! If I lived near you I would gladly do your bag for you! It looks like fun! Lots of pretty piece of jewelry! Please be careful and stay safe! ❤❤

Untangling necklaces is almost like finishing a puzzle - you finally see what the piece really looks like!
The crown is a clip for a scarf.
Hit your jewelry with a black light. You will be surprised the pieces that glow.
Fun,
I like to untangle jewelry. I use a hat pin or a very thin crochet hook or knitting needle. Tina, Al's wife

The Siamese dancer jewelry was sterling and popular in the early 1960's. Tina, Al's wife
Siam jewelry piece, almost always silver and black
I found the Vendom earrings on Poshmark for 49.00
I would buy one. It is the hunt for that treasure whether it’s there or not it’s still the hunt. that Makes it exciting. Thanks for the video. It was pretty cool.
Renee I hope you enjoy unravelling all those chains. I would!
You were stressing me out when you were trying to detangle that jewelry. It looked like it was getting more and more tangled the more you tried to remove pieces from the pile. I think you will do well with many of those items. There was a nice variety and lots of necklaces and pins and other bits and pieces that I am sure will appeal to many. Good luck on getting the rest of it free from the others.
The dancer is most likely 925 from Siam 20s 30s. There are several vintage (verging on antique) pieces there. You should research them more. Some of the single earrings can easily be converted to pendants. $$$
The little wooden girl figure is a good one. I can't remember the name but Ive sold them before. I think they're from Germany. Google lens will tell you.

That ship pin is a great find! That is a Son In Service pin. Very collectible but not real high value. The 5 stars commemorate the death of the 5 Sullivan brothers.

Thanks for the history lesson on that pin. The Sullivan brothers deaths are the reason they no longer allow siblings to be deployed together.
The gold with pearl pin is collectible Tafari and monet has become collectable
The gold crown is nice.
Vintage thinbles can sometimes get some good money...more than one would think. It's worth doing some research. Anywhere from 5-100 dollars.
That one piece that you just I like the Incas called Siamese
The crown brooch is a scarf clip. I collect vintage brooches like the pink enamel flower brooch the bag. Spotted it in your last video. Minimum price $2 but they do sell for more.
My sister used to like Vendome jewellery back in the 1980's. The red ones you got were nice! Did you check the blue stone in the silver setting, with your finger held on it for a minute? might be a Mood Ring.
Everybody is into grab jewelry bags Hope you find a treasure
Hoo boy! I hope you make your money back on that one! Whatta mess!
The gold coloured clip is a scarf clip.
Wishing I was there - I love to untangle those knots of jewelry! Always a surprise and lots of fun for me! Do you have a loupe? Check for the markings, any clasp tags, silver content, etc.. Are your ears pierced? I love those red earrings too! My late Mother always wore clip on earrings. Love your collection today! Blessings always, ✝

My grandmother wore the clip ons. She called them earbobs.
That Crown pin/clip it is a scarf ring.
Probably paid to much but you got some fun stuff and will make your money back, …Plus got to make a video about it ! I have friends that bought bag lots of jewelry and found good pieces but not the norm…usually find broken stuff. The little dancing girl pendant is Siamese enamel almost always black but I have seen them in white. Not much value but more then they used to be. I had a girlfriend I used to buy Norwegian Enamel jewelry for and people would always try to sell me this Siamese stuff
Content 💜
The crown is to use with neck scarves.
I would love to untangle all that.
