IMHO, the Briggs/Rohani violin duet is the best one ever! Her moves and his smile during the performance make it perfect!

I've been watching this performance for 10+ years and Karen Briggs still gives me goosebumps! She speaks through her violin. This is what they play in heaven!

i remember that i had buy in the 1994 the original VHS it was Mono type not stereo so i had to buy the CD i used to play it to watch it on the TV and sync the music on my huge chain stereo CD so i can enjoy the music good old days and thanks for the DVD's now

so does Yanni. it's because they are so in touch with the music and why they are doing it. They know the purpose is to share and for the world and not worry about wrong notes because they don't exsist; wrong notes only exist if you want them to. That is why they never mess up either.

This man is one of my strongest musical inspirations. This song always has a place in my heart I love it. I wrote a piano song R1-18 on my page and most of my music has a touch of "Yanni" in it. I don't know how anyone can't like his music at all. It's not just music, it's a beautiful story.

I miss Karen, whenever Yanni plays these songs during his performances with the violinists he has now it just isn't the same. Don't get me wrong, Yanni is still amazing with whoever he gets, I just feel that Karen was the greatest violinists he got... Plus, I always tried to intimidate her by playing my arm... which eventually led my parents to get me a violin... Even though I'm a drummer.

The only thing I don't like about this is that the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra is not used at all during this song. They look silly just sitting there. But I still prefer this version over the one filmed in Acapulco. Karen and Shardad are just better than Ann Marie and Samvel
