Yanni is more beautiful the older he gets. What a loving soul. Wish he was my brother. That breaks my heart that he isn't,t but makes me love him more. I still have 4 more CDs of his I want to buy for now, that will really bring me to life. I need to go somewhere near the beach without the distractions of this world and listen to nothing but Yanni and challenge myself to try and walk again. I saw him live in Atalanta City NJ...a dream come true for me. His music got me through two months on an isolated, sterile bone marrow wing battling leukemia. His music, his talent are true gifts from God. His music touches my soul and I believe it’s truly healing...thank you Yanni XOXOX. May you always be safe and well in your travels.

The advantage of instrumental music is that it also can support and enlivens a movie soundtrack. That is where we can understand the soul of a composer. not only to Yanni, in my opinion to all music composers.

When Samvel played, it sent me into what felt like a trance; I was captivated by his playing, and it really made me understand the meaning of the song. This performance is more intense and powerful than the one in Yanni Live.
