My parents used to own the cd and vhs for the Acropolis concert. I used to listen to it and watch it as a little kid. It’s amazing after all these years this masterpiece fills me with emotions and nostalgia. My dad is no longer here but I’m glad I got introduced to Yanni because of one cd/vhs he bought.

The way the Lady in Red is absolutely grooving as the climax really begins to show. It's incredible. And the way Yanni looks like he's shot with a bazooka at the final moment. It's all just so incredible.

In life, in particular when you are young, you get introduced to certain kinds of music and thats what sets the stage for so much when you grown up. Yanni and this entire performance at the Acropolis is what what set the stage for my music appreciation. Yanni has had kore to do with my development over the last 30 of the whole 36 years Ive been alive. So thank you Yanni!! Because without your music and my determination to play Santorini on my own Keyboard is whT fkrmed me in to the person I am today.

I purchased the VHS tape of this concert after I saw it on PBS. 1990? The Acropolis concert is his best in my opinion. I still watch it and love it.

Yanni is the messanger of peace I hope he comes to Australia and show us here his great performance with so talented musicians of his.

Beautiful piece, inspiring, uplifting and energetic - I have this on my workout play list. Yanni on a workout playlist? You bet; you don't think this masterpiece gives you energy while pumping a little iron? Heck ya! Thank you for this, Yanni.

I've been hooked on Yanni ever since he performed three songs on the OPRAH WINFREY SHOW back in 1988. That year my mom picked up his CD "private music" at the store and once I heard the rest.. That was it. He's been my ALL TIME FAVORITE composer and musician ever since and I and my daughter who grew up with him got to see him in concert a couple of years ago and even the wife who was not really into this kind of music was actually up dancing more than the rest of us. She can't wait to go and see him again! I have another friend who is an electric guitarist that I introduced him to his music and he was also impressed with him right away and became a huge fan of his. So many people say the same thing, there is SOMETHING ABOUT HIS MUSIC more than others who might even play similar music that just his the MIND, HEART AND SOUL in a way no one else can. Yanni is also very smart as most don't know but he has a Masters degree in psychology, but he never went into the field and he had to give his music a shot and fortunately for him and the world, he's been a NON STOP SUCCESS ever since with an increasing fan base and probably one of the longest running successful musicians still going today.

In these difficult times this song is like a light at the end of the tunnel

Imagination is something wonderful! We all have it, we just need a key to open it to greatness! Love this! Thank you Yanni!

It is hard to find words to describe our feelings while watching that wonderful concert

2021 Jan. 11th. i am 65 years old. I have seen all the DVDs of Yanni's performances multiple times, plus almost all those video clips on KZread. This remastered video is an excellent example of man and machine. For me, "Keys to Imagination" is among the best of Yanni's composition. Having the backup of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra is no little feat, and this is a flawless example of the abilities of the accomplished members of the RPO. Yanni took full advantage of this, and his group members shone in all their glory. The videography reinforced the performance......you are seeing the music being played. I know in my lifetime, I will never see another performer to make this kind of music that enriches my soul, and I know I will never see Yanni in the flesh to tell him that, so I keep enjoying it as much as I can. Time is running out ! I hope that after I am gone, there will be others who will preserve this music and keep listening to it. Regards. Trinidad & Tobago. West Indies.
