The first Yanni concert I saw as a kid back in 1996. Totally blown away we got the tape and used to listen to it so much we had to buy another tape in a years time 😊. Good times.

This concert was broadcast by PBS 25 years ago and I happened to see it and listened with my new surround system at the time. Then I bought the CD and became a fan.

You only half right. Yanni does most if not all the engineering and programming of everything. His keyboards are all precise clones of each other and he has like 50-75 of them just tucked away in case of an emergency.

My point is specifically about mixing and mastering of all this puzzle... you should agree it's a huge challenge to balance all these channels, no matter if live or studio ones... anyways, thanks for your comment, peace to u ✌

When I first heard "Swept Away", a couple of days ago, I couldn't stop playing it, several and I mean several times a day since then! After 20 years and incredible amount of effort to preserve the tapes, during Julie’s solo we had quite a lot of drop-outs… There was no way that the solo could be salvaged… So I had to jump from one peace of the song to another, not easy!… Sorry to disappoint you but I am disappointed also… Sending love… Yanni❤️
