nancy, i am so impressed with your balance doing the kicks. i love your smooth style and fluid moves. i am also impressed with how you teach your class using humor and anecdotes to illustrate the importance of each move. my previous sensei taught in this wonderful fashion and i didn't think i would find another teacher like him when he left. thank you!!

What a lovely series and great form, thank you, Nancy! I studied Yang looking form decades ago, and recently joined a group that meets in a park 3 days each week! So this helps me review some of the movements.

Excellent performance. Thank you, Nancy. Your movements, balance, and strength are exemplary. I aspire to executing this form at this same level of proficiency. But I'm not there yet. Thanks for giving me inspiration to follow.

Thanks, Mike. I am a 75 year old practitioner of Yang Style Tai Chi, and I spend some time every day working on portions of the long form. I find that practicing Tai Chi improves my flexibility, range-of-motion, balance, breathing, and concentration. I definitely will keep practicing.
