I have the same horn, and it is awesome! I paired mine with a Phil-Tone Sapphire mouthpiece, and it is a match made in heaven. Nice choice of a soprano, if I say so myself...

Gorgeous horn. Congratulations! Now, take your car keys and give it 3 or 4 good scratches through the lacquer. Now you don't have to worry about that first scratch anymore! Seriosly, it should be the ultimate soprano playing experience. I've played one and lusted for one and can afford it, but can't justify it based on how much money I make playing saxophone anymore, which is '0' these days. I'm happy playing a pretty decent Taiwan-made soprano and the trusted Buescher curvy I've had for 40 years. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Car key scratch? Yea no....not doing that. I'm one of those types that wipes down the horn and polishes the keys every time I get done playing (if it's a new horn). So you've played this exact SCWO20 before? I know what you mean about not being able to justify spending on a horn you don't use very often. That's the case with me and bari. I WANT a bari, but can't justify spending the serious cash on one because I don't play bari all that much.

Yanagisawa makes the best curved sopranos on the market, so if you upgrade to a Yanagisawa curved, chances are you'll never get another one. I absolutely love mine. Keep me updated!
